If I could give a rating of 0 stars I would. This waffle house used to be one of the better ones. I hadnt been here in 6 mos because of incident that happened based on bad customer service. I finally decided to give them a second chance only to walk into a restaurant with every table that wasnt occupied completely filthy including the high bar and the low bar. I didnt even bother to stay after waiting 5 min for someone to even offer to clean a table. They had their second chance they wont have 3rd. Eat here if you enjoy filth and poor customer service.

Awesome for breakfast, or in our case a late lunch. Great service, the waitress was friendly and the service was fast. The waitress made sure to ask if we wanted a refill when our soda, water, or coffee were running low. A lot of places try to skimp out on this to save money but the Waffle House did not, they made sure we got the most for our money. The food was inexpensive, perfect for a bunch of hungry college students looking for a good breakfast on a tight budget. The food was excellent and was an overall great experience.

I eat here every time I come to Allentown (yes anytime Im in an area that has one Ill go) and the food is the, good and inexpensive! I like them better than IHOP because you can see them cook your meal. You order, the waitress doesnt disappear into the back, she turns around and tells the cook your order and its cooked fresh. Nothing sitting under a heat lamp.

I say good because out of every Waffle House Ive visited between Georgia and here, this one is on par with the rest of them. I love diners, but I just dont think this place does the idea justice. Food sanitation is questionable; the girl taking our order was talking to someone and forgot to bring the food over. She was at least friendly.

Dining here was my first Waffle House experience. I did not go in thinking it was a 5 star restaurant but I was giving the personal attention that made it a 5 star experience. If I said the food was ready 5 minutes after my order i would not be exaggerating. Food is good and they have Mr. Pibb!!

This chain must have been invented for drunk and high college kids. When an establishments sign looks like it was composed with ransom letters, you may want to avoid it. The place smells like smoke, the waffles are dry, the syrup is missing most often. And the place is DIRTY. Beware

The food was pretty good until we found egg shell in our waffles, we got three waffles and each of them had egg shell in it. I was so upset and grossed out. And its not like it was like a tiny piece it was a pretty big piece. The service was good but we did go at 8:00 at night so...

Was seated right away. The girl was very nice. Placing our order was very easy. There was plenty of room for my boyfriend and I and our three kids. There isnt a lot of tables inside. We got our drinks right away. The food was really good. I didnt have any issues at this place.

We had a lot of people in our party, we took up 3 booths. Not sure if its because the checks are hand written but the waitress couldnt get our order correct. We were double charged and the service was terrible. This was by far my worst waffle house experience.

What I love about Waffle House is its consistent reputation . What you see in the menu is actually what your gonna get no false advertising in these menus this place follows that reputation remember to tip your waitress sorry Mel

The prices are very low and the food is excellent. The quantities are not huge but the quality is. The employees are nice and most are very efficient and attentive. The dining area was really nice and is kept reasonably clean.
