Hit or miss. Although it has been spruced up, nicely decorated, seems as they have a bit of new staff, its still inconsistent in service and food quality. The older hostesses are usually very nice and pleasant, some of the younger girls seem to be annoyed to even be there. If you order a basic dish, usually its a safer bet. Other dishes such as the Lasagna are small portioned, usually haphazardly arranged with everything sliding all over the dish and way overpriced. Past experiences have been repeated sending back of food due to the sloppy way its just "thrown" on the plate and ridiculously small portion. Last time the waiter gave us our container for leftovers and forgot to give us a lid, he never came back to our table so we had to get up and ask the hostess. Today the cheese ravioli came out warm and cooked just fine. Salad bowl was filled with a ton of croutons and onions, barely any lettuce. Bread sticks today were a bit hard. Server was polite but kept forgetting simple things like drink refills. This was not at a peak hour either. Forget about their take out, meals are usually dumped into containers and they forget to give you sauce, or breadsticks. Ordered take out 2x and both times things were forgotten or looked like a bunch of slop thrown together. Never getting take out again. Sitting at a table at the bar section, on a day during non-peak hours usually you can get a more attentive server. Anytime we have sat at a booth near the bar, service was good, seemed like even the salad bowl was filled proportionately right for number of people at our table and meals were prepared correctly.

We went to OG a few days ago to celebrate my sons birthday and a friends birthday. I mentioned to the one waitress that we were celebrating two boys birthdays--both waitresses were good and kept our beverages refilled--scored points for that. However, at the end of the meal, the staff came out with 1 very small ice cream dessert for my son and sang to him, but did not bring a dessert or sing to the other boy. Food wise, they seem to be skimping on the sauces. Most of us with pasta dishes that were suppose to come with sauces were very dry. I asked for some extra sauce and was brought a small cocktail size cup with sauce--it was sufficient, but not much. My parents said the last two times they dined there lately they were also disappointed and also noticed the skimping on the sauces for the dishes. They also said the last two times they ate there, they did not feel well afterwards. Some of us had the same problem this time. Had it not been for my sons birthday dinner there, they said they would not go back to this OG again unless they improved the food. Whats up OG in NW? You use to be much better!

Disappointed. This is the only Olive Garden near me AT ALL, and I like Olive Garden in general...but Ive had disappointing experiences with this one in particular. The food does taste good and is filling, YES. BUT, for one, THEY DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS. And one time I went with a group of about a dozen people - they totally failed on the cheese front. Also I had ordered soup, and when they arrived with everyones food except mine, they then scurried away without asking if there was anything else, and was nowhere to be found for a while until someone finally had to go fetch them to ask about my soup. Also (and most disturbingly) one of our group requires a gluten-free diet...their "gluten-free" pasta meal was somehow contaminated with regular pasta. Though the personal apology by the manager was nice, it doesnt make up for the unpleasantness caused. I am willing to go without eating at Olive Garden if it means never going here again.

We were suggested to come here and we did. Our service was horrible. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. They finally came and we ordered. Our waitress kept coming back because she forgot many things. We got our appetizer and it was ok. Then our food came. There were about 3 mistakes they made. They only fixed two of them. I ordered pasta and when it came the spaghetti was completely over cooked. It was like worms were crawling in the bowl. Then I decided not to get any sauce but it came with almost a while jar of sauce on it. I also ordered pizza. The crust was very thick and there was not an equal sauce to cheese ratio. The food is overpriced and the portions are small. I know what authentic Italian food tastes like because I am Italian and have been to Italy. I would not recommend because the service was terrible and the food was terrible.

TLDR - they might have kitchen management issues, or they are trying to be cheap. Not worth the price. This is the 2nd time i came here and both times they have had issues being able to give breadsticks/salad. I would guess they have some issue with the kitchen or something. This was at around 7pm on a wednesday and they did not have a wait so it was not a packed place, yet they could not keep up with demand and waiters had to keep apologizing to everyone saying the breadsticks were in the oven. Food is meh for the price, so the "never ending Bread/Salad are supposed to make you be like "well atleast we got a bunch of bread". Also why bring 3 sticks for 2 people, and then in out second basket only 2 stick...

I dont know why anyone would return here after going once but we gave it another try worst service ever the place smelled like a sewer it was a terrible experience we had a gigantic bug on our table so they gave us a new table and then we found a hair in our salad it was almost comical took forever to get drinks food came out cold and the sauce was dried up and it wasnt even busy and the deserts were frozen two different kinds which means they dont prep them right happened last time as well which means the management doesnt think its an issue or just neglects it you couldnt pay me to go back there and Ill probably never go to an Olive Garden again because of this

Service wasnt so great as the waitress had too many tables,it wasnt her fault,I blame the management for that.My dinner sat under the heat lamp too long and was dried out.Portion size on the skimpy side, for $17.00 bucks 10 tortelini,1 cup fettuccini, and 1/4 chicken breast doesnt cut it,this was a $9.00 dinner at best.I ordered dessert which couldve made me forget about my dinner, but it was frozen so I decided against it.A rare night out with my wife and dinner less than mediocre.I wont be back here.Well go somewhere else next time.Olive Gardens best days are long gone.

My wife and I went to this Olive Garden to have a quick bite. I do not know what we did wrong, but the server was very unkind to us. The server never asked how we were doing although there werent too many customers. The server never brought the salad we ordered, but charged us. They didnt even give me a soup that comes with my meal. Well, I wasnt too happy, so after the lunch I expressed my concern to the manager. The manager rolled his eyes, and gave us $10 gift card and went away. Not too happy experience with this Olive Garden.
