Was 5 stars until we waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches while 3 staff members stood around looking lost and not doing anything. Their website says they deliver but they dont anymore. The website also does not work for ordering so we had to call. The girl was rude both on the phone and when we went to pick up the food. Delicous sandwiches is all I got to say. Wide variety of different hoagies, subs, grinders and what not. Each one is hand made with top shelf deli meats and cheese. Store is very clean, and staff is very helpful. Never had a problem at any of their stores.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and ordered at 12:03 and did not receive my food until 12:36 yet people that ordered after me were receiving their food. One guy wasnt even done paying and his food was ready which he even stated was fast and was not an online order. When I asked about my food they said three were ahead of me. I understand if I ordered something difficult but it was turkey and cheese. This is completely unacceptable and Im really questioning continuing my business there.

Went from being my favorite place, to a place I wont go anymore. Horrible experience. Ordered 2 subs, one of them being an "Old World Meatball". Was told 20 minutes, I got there in 10, and to my delight; the subs were done already. I asked for both of the subs to be cut, neither were. I bit into my meatball sub, and there wasnt a hint of warmth. Tasted terrible after microwaving it of course. Bad sub, bad experience. Wont be returning to a place Ive been praising for 10 or so years...

Brought my mother here because Ive been here once before and enjoyed their hoagie. Unfortunately, the man at the register presented us with a miserable attitude. He was snippy and just rude when we asked questions about a specific order. When we got home and opened up our tuna sub, there was absolutely no mayo in it (which Im sure he was supposed to ask us about). Especially considering the price for that sandwich, I was completely 100% unsatisfied.

My brother and I eat primos for lunch so often and we are continuously pleased. We order over the phone for delivery and, while the delivery time is around 2 hours at lunch rush, we always get our food fresh. Sometimes it is delivered earlier than expected! The food is filling (when I order a primo size, I always have to save half for later), and the service is great. We highly recommend it!

Very fresh everything! They really do a lot of volume here so you know everything is fresh. Service is quick when I go (around 11:30) and staff is nice. I get the Italian. The capicola is sliced so thin it melts in your mouth. So good!!!!

Beware of grumpy. If it wasnt for the guy with a horrible attitude at the register Id most likely give this place 5 star. Friendly customer service is way more important than a sandwich. Go to a different Primos.

40 minute wait for a hoagie? The quality isnt the same at Subway but they can get you in and out in 15 mins during the noon rush. Id rate it 1 star but their hoagie is hands down the best in the valley.

Simply, Primos hoagies are amazing. They serve Philly-style hoagies. The bread is chewy and crispy and really makes the sandwiches. Highly recommended!
