HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!!! i loved DQ, but after today i will never go back here EVER again!!!!!! Everytime i have gone there they get something wrong with my order and they are not even big orders, not once before today had i gone back for them to correct my order. i get there and i told them i had ordered something else than what they had given me and i handed them the sandwich. the girl just looked at me and turned around. a guy came out and said oh what else did you have? and read off the itemized reciept (which i did not recive a copy of) and i verified yes that was correct. he closed the window and then came back about a min later ok we can make you the sandwich its the same price or i can refund you the money. i told him either one would be fine and he said ok well i will need the card to refund the money i told him i did not have the card because my husband paid and he wasnt with me so he said if i could call my husband to come or i needed to go get the card and come back to get my money back i told him no i wasnt going to do that and said i would wait for the sandwich. He told me i would have to pull over and wait i told him i would wait at the window he stared at me with hatered for awhile without saying anything closed the window and came back and said its going to be 6 minutes i told him thats fine i could wait right there. he began to raise his voice at me and said no you cant we have your order in line you need to park i told him if my order hadnt been wrong in the first place i wouldnt of wasted my time coming back all the way there and that i would wait for the sandwich there. i told him everytime i went there something from my order would be wrong . he said well you are supposed to check your order right after you get your food i told him no youre supposed to make sure the order is correct he then said well she (the girl who took the order) repeated the order back to me to make sure everything was correct , she actually did not all she said was the total and to pull forward. she came to the window almost yelling at me telling me she had repeated it i told her actually no she didnt and my husband could confirm that she in fact did not. she kept saying she did . she did not. and said well i can refund your money i told her that would be fine and he told her you cant she doesnt have the card for the refund she finally gave me cash back. NOT ONCE did any of the 3 people appoligize for the mistake NOT ONCE did they appoligize for the inconvenience. To top it off the guy said "Dont come back here if you have a problem with us!" and shut the window. I have worked in customer service for many years not once have i ever told a customer not to come back to a place nor accused them of lying, not even if they are rude and i know they are wrong. During this whole time the sandwich would of been done. Also, aside from my sandwich being wrong the "chilly cheese dog" they gave us for $4 had literally a smudge of chilly and was completly different from what they advertise. Will Never Return Here and i advise you do not go here.

Visited this location and went inside to place my order, spent $70+ on the order. Once I got the order I began to verify it because I was picking up for 8 people and didnt want anyone to miss out on their lunch if an error occurred (which happens frequently with orders of this size at fast food. They IMMEDIATELY became angered simply by the fact that I was looking over my order that came in 4 different bags. I hadnt said a single thing yet and the younger lady cook was already yelling. "You spent be doing that I airway know its all there". I simply said "I understand but I always check no matter where I go thank you though." Iasked where the chicken sandwich was. Then she started to get even louder saying if you would have listened to her (assuming its her mother, theyre a family) you would know its in the first bag." But the lady Told me only 3 chelse burgers were in there along with the fries. So I pulled it all out and found it in the bag. And said "my mistake I found it thank you" and she still continued to be rude even after I apologized for doing nothing wrong just to de-escalate the situation. She continued to yell that I was being rude for checking my order. And the mother joined in with her (who actually missed SEVERAL items when keying it in) "everything is there you have no need you were told. " Extremely rude and HORRIBLE customer service. And after getting home they did mess up on two of the drinks size and flavor.

Driving home the other night, hungry, I asked, "Why dont I ever stop at that DQ?" So I did. Now I can tell you the answer: the food wasnt very good and it was surprisingly expensive. Its that last part that I didnt expect. IT WAS REALLY EXPENSIVE for fast food. Like, Burgerville-expensive. I ordered a 4-pc chicken strip, fries and a Medium Pepsi (no, they dont serve Coke). The cost was $8.49. About 3 dollars more than I expected. I hoped it would be surprisingly yummy and amazing somehow. But it wasnt. So, since McDonalds is literally across the street - I dont know why youd stop here, if fast food is what youre after. This was not good food.

I am sorry to give this review, it can not be help. I was ordering blizzards for my kids, and I got the name of the Resses cup wrong , I say Resses pieces, even after telling her yes thats the one several time she still corrected me and started to argue with me. So I thank her and when inside to order for my surprise she is still arguing with me on the name of the blizzard. Did not care there were other customer in the lobby. I have gone to this DQ many times and the service has being really good. It is sad to say she look like she was Hindu. If she is the store manager or owner soon ST John will not have a DQ to delight them self in ice cream.

I didnt like that they prevented me from bringing my bicycle inside. I tried to explain that I had forgotten my lock. This is Portland, come on now. Service seems pretty fake, and the prices are pretty steep for food that comes from Cisco. The $5 lunch is a good value(update: they started microwaving these sandwiches whole and they are soggy and gross)

Theyre good at getting the order right and making a custom blizzard! This location has been here for ages but their building had been renovated to accommodate more people. Foods decent but I think most people come to DQ for the desserts not the food.
