I ordered a pretzel stuffed crust pizza for my daughter and I on her birthday. That was such a mistake!! We got a serious case of food poisoning according to the McKenzie Willamette emergency room. For the past 5 days we have been unable to keep anything down, including water. I just called to talk to the manager, when "Zack" got on the phone he was so incredibly rude! He told me it couldnt be them because they would have gotten more calls about the food. When I suggested that it couldve been a hand washing issue he actually scoffed at me! He never apologized and when I asked for one he was insulant and obviously fake. I will NEVER eat here again and I strongly recommend that EVERYONE save their money because this place doesnt deserve it!! Very poor customer service and literally toxic food. I wish I could have given it 0 stars because thats what they deserve.

Im so disappointed. Ordered stuff crust pizza, 1 meat lovers & 1 supreme. You cant pick it up!!! There is more crust stuffed with cheese than pizza. And if you try to pick it up, it just falls. Soooo flippin sad. This is not pizza. This is an establishment who shows no pride in their food. Thats so SAD. Im sorry I spent my money on this. Never, ever again!!! 7-11 has better pizza. Its hot, pretty tasty and best of all, its only $9. 99 for 2, Not $35.00. Its the same size as the large from Pizza Hut too. And my kids enjoy it. Thanks for nothing, Pizza Hut. Im so pissed I paid you my hard earned money for this!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. Called in an order and was clearly a bother just by maligning them answer the phone. I ordered my pizza and other items and when I was given the total I abliged and once I was told that it would be over an hour for literally a 2 minute drive I told them I would pick it up and was told its too late. I ordered them to cancel the order and was given a hard time for even calling in the first place. I will be speaking to the mgr about the shitty customer service. I wish papa johns would have never left the area leaving me with sub standard choices

Dont order from here! Extremely poor customer service. I ordered two pizzas and two sodas that they got wrong. They decided to give me a half and half with no notification or permission from me, one of my sodas was wrong as they didnt carry the one I ordered thus decided with no notification and no permission to give me what they wanted. On top of that, the pizza was delivered cold. I called about it and the woman was rude but said theyd replace it. So when I called for the replacements, they were not only rude but tried to charge me again. Will not be ordering again and hope you dont either.

I am very disappointed, I always order through the app because I have anxiety about talking to people over the phone, I just ordered pizzas and yet again my order wasnt complete. I have yet to order a pizza here that gets to me the way I ordered it. The toppings sauce and chest are always sparse and I am tired of ordering such expensive pizza that is not close to what I ordered and is cold when it gets here. I may stop ordering here because of the constant disappointment. If they had gotten my orders right just once I would not be posting this bad review but they have yet to do it.

Never going here again. After waiting 2 HOURS for our pizza to be delivered when they told us exactly 1 hour (they didnt call or anything to apologize or adjust the wait time) I was delivered a pile of SOGGY COLD GARBAGE!!! I drove all the way to there store to return that garbage for a refund and no apologies or sorry or any attempts to try an make ammeds! Terrible quality and terrible customer service I will be telling everybody I know( and thats a lot!) to never eat at this garbage establishment again

When I first moved to the area, this was the first meal my roommate/best friend had together. Weve consistently ordered from this place (at least) a couple times a month over the last 2.5 years and only twice have we gotten an error in our order (it was still good though). Sure, there are fancier places. But for the price and convenience its just fine. Weve only ever ordered online for delivery. Tonight our food arrived in about 35 minutes. And the drivers are always super chill and friendly. CHEERS!

Dont underestimate this Pizza Hut. The restaurant is surprisingly clean and large. Theyve got arcade games and TVs but its also right next to the Willamalane Park if you feel like being outside. I usually order online to pick up a pizza but the staff has been friendly and quick when Ive eaten there. No complaints about the quality of food either, it comes exactly as advertised.

The parking lot is a bit wierd to get into but they are a great place to get pizza for a reasonable price. The last time I ordered there I asked for a half hawaiian/half meats pizza. They messed up and made an entire hawaiian pizza. So they just made another whole meats pizza and gave me both for the hassle. Great customer service!!

Ordered boned wings... got boneless. Ordered parmesan and red pepper flakes, never got them. Got 10 dollars credit cause they mess up a lot. Will never order from pizza hut again. Good driver her name was Jamie! Sad order service.

Its been awhile since Ive ordered from here but I ordered a couple salads and some wings and my father and I came down with the worse food poisoning imaginable. If you never ordered from there, you did yourself a favor! TOXIC FOOD!

Waited for my food for an hour and fifteen minutes. Could have dominos in 30. Food was cold. Ordered soda and soda came warm. Overall dominos is way way better, comes from further location and food comes faster and hot

Its about the only place around Springfield to get anchovy pizza. Their pizza isnt all that great otherwise. I would say try not to eat here, but go ahead if youre nearby and hungry or are just in that anchovy mood.

I ordered lunch today at 12:30 it got here at 1:40 since when does it take this long for a Pizza Hut? The food was not good taste like it has been sitting around for a while. I would not recommend this place.

Whatever they are doing at this location keep it up. Food was wonderful. Honestly havent had that good food from Pizza Hut in forever. Service was great. Delivery was timely and driver very friendly.

Really love them! We order from there at least twice a month. They bring our food hot and yummy! They offer some great desserts also! Great place and fast delivery
