So incredibly DONE with this place. Husband and I ordered our pizza a couple hours ahead of time for a carry out. We arrived to the store at 11 am (when they should be open and when we scheduled to come pick it up). Doors were locked and no workers were around at 11:05. We waited until 11:20 when someone else went up to the door and started banging on it. We waited a while for the counter person to get her life together and start ringing people up. She didnt seem to have a sense of urgency whatsoever. Our pizza had obviously been done for a long time. It was cold, and gross. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and it was as thin as a piece of paper. We have 1 cheat meal a week and we had been looking forward to a nice hot pizza for 7 days. Biggest disappointment of my life. Ruined my day. Screw Pizza Hut, they no longer have my business! No wonder this place is rated so poorly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The previous time that I ordered from them, I ordered 2 pizzas. Both were raw in the middle. This establishment corrected their mistake, so I let it slide as being an isolated incident. Now, I ordered 2 pizzas from them (two different kinds) and I received both being the same kind. I called to let them know, and they delivered a replacement pizza for the one that was missing. Turns out the replacement pizza was raw. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. Never again touching this place. Also, when calling them to kindly inform them of their mistake, they respond with attitude. Do yourself a favor, and order from anywhere else. You will have a better chance of getting what you ordered... and it wont make you sick.

Ordered online and arrived at the provided time. We were told that our order isnt ready, come back in 30 minutes. Came back and our order was ready except that we ordered 3 large pan (thick crust) pizzas and got 3 mediums pan pizzas instead. The cashier says they must have run out of prepped dough for large pan. I ask her to re-ring it so Im not paying for larges. She walks into the back and returns with the manager. The only thing the manager said was an excuse that it was a mistake from being "too busy". I asked to add a 2L Pepsi to my order. Had to pay full price for the Pepsi and didnt receive a discount or store credit for the bad service.

Pizza hut, (commercial st, close to fred myers) Terrible. I JUST ordered a pepperoni pizza, I got a cheese pizza!! The receipt even showed I ordered pepperoni!! Idk how you mess something like that up. Rediculous!! Too many mistakes from this pizza Hut to count. Go anywhere else trust me! They are just there to collect a paycheck and talk. This particular pizza Hut should be replaced by a McDonalds, at least you would get what you ordered 8 times out of 10. But its currently a 50/50 if u actually get what you payed for. It might be better if you go in to eat, but if your ordering for delivery, dont order anything from pizza hut (on commercial)

We Ordered carry-out, and when we arrived they informed us it would be a minute. They gladly took our payment, and as we were waiting, an employee behind the counter stated there was a hair in a pizza he just pulled out of the oven. He slowly pulled the long hair out as the only female employee denied it being hers. She then handed us our pizza and told us we should check our pizza. Good people and value, but they need hair nets.

Just ordered the cheesy stuffed knot pizza. Delivery was very fast, only twenty minutes. However the pizza was inedible, the crust was doughy and squishy, the cheese was burnt and fell right off the pizza when I picked it up. When I called, the manager was nice and handled it very well and offered me store credit. However I will not be ordering again, as this is the third time that their pizza has not been edible.

Just ordered a pizza breadsticks anings. Everything was cold wings where Luke warm. We had waited an hr for delivery. Call them up and told them about they couldnt find my order but yet the money was taken out of my account. I was not yelling at the managerrude and had a tone. She said that Id have to take the recipe to them. But I told her I couldnt take it to them tonight. Whats point of delivery if I have to

Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni, when I got it I noticed their was very few other toppings. I called them up and talked to the manager. She said "its regular practice to remove other toppings when extra topping are ordered." WHAT!?! So when you pay for extra toppings, you get less of the other toppings you paid for!! I will never go back!

I called about a missing item from my order, and they right away called me a liar, and said "if you try to get free stuff from us again, well blacklist you" like a threat. Horrible manager, that blames the customer after getting an order wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. That is my honest advice for anyone reading this.

I ordered snacks for our movie marathon and I said for the pizza guy to go to the garage and well he didnt and and just left when no one answered the front door. By this time it is after 11pm and the stupid stores are closed and I dont get my food thanks Pizza Hut for not following directions. Not cool.

Waited over an hour for a pizza that was suppose to take a half an hour. I got my pizza home an was sad to find barely one slice of peperoni per piece of pizza. Staff were not very attentive. Will not be back to this location.

They SUCK! Called to ask what time there din in ended at and they were so rude! Explained it to my like if I was a 4 year old. I let her know she was being rude and all she said was "okay sure." Will never go there again!

Since the remodel a couple years ago, the place has really improved. Foods much better and the interior is very pleasant and appealing.
