In this day and age, having amazing customer service on top of excellent food is almost impossible to find. My company orders boxed lunches/sandwich platters for meetings from HH and they always comes through on time. The one event there was an issue with a shortage on food, Hazel (owner) fixed it right away and brought the additional boxes herself. Since theyre normally early or punctual, no one was the wiser except us. Highly recommend HH for office lunches or a quick stop in their cafe!

Great Harried & Hungry Catering & Cafe spot! The location was a bit odd for a place like this. Waited in line for about an hour You order and pay first then they seat you. The customer service was good very friendly even though I felt like other customers were trying more attention than we were. The food was good as well didnt have to wait too long for that Great place probably will be back again!

OMG, this is my favorite place in Seattle! The food is so fresh and satisfying in size. They have the best specials and most creative salads and sandwiches. The customer service is really good. The only step back is having large orders out on time. I order 4-10 meals at a time for work and Ive learned to schedule it 15 minutes earlier then you need it. They get slammed at lunch.

Loved the "yard bird" sandwich. They were out of the ciabatta bread for the day, and so they gave me a discount for the "inconvenience". But really, it was no hassle for me. The sandwich was still great with the alternate choice I made for the bread. Definitely coming back.

By far the best sandwiches, salads, and service! I hosted a work lunch and booked on the wrong day. Called the restaurant and they had all my food ready in an hour! Really appreciate the owner Harried and his team who made that possible!

Im here at least once a week. The online ordering is smooth, and the food is as good as it gets for downtown Seattle lunch. There is rarely a line, and there is plenty of seating. Half-sandwich and half salad is an incredible deal.

This is a wonderful little hole-in-the-wall a few doors down from norms with wonderfully tasting gourmet food and out of this world tasting coffee. Its a fairly new place but its a must try and you cant beat the prices.

Great place for a quick, delicious lunch for reasonable prices. I love their soup & sandwich lunch combo with the mozerella caprese and mushroom rice soup. Too bad theyre not open on weekends.

I ordered a Club sandwich. Forty minutes later, I got my sandwich. It was underwhelming to say the least, I expect more for the $9 they charged. Thats one experiment I am not going to repeat.
