Horrible customer service. Was happy to have a chipotle open in South Salem but not sure if I will go back again. They had 8 people working but made me and my 9 year old wait 15 minutes to start taking my order. And that was after waiting 5 minutes in line already and we were the next one to order food. Everyone was passing the buck to someone else on taking my order. One guy was busy fiddling with the register while the customer in front of me had already paid. Another who had just taken this customers order had already refused to help me saying someone will be with me shortly. Third one was trying not to even make eye contact as if I was gonna ask for free food if he did. In fact I even left after 15 minutes in frustration. If my son wasnt very hungry, I would not even had gone back inside. But never again are we going there. I could drive to Lancaster and get it faster than this crappy service place.

The food was good, they were out of some things, but still good. The guy who was working there last night was very rude to a customer in front of me, short and impatient. The customer was asking simple questions, nothing that should make anyone act that way. He was not friendly to me and short, but not as rude as he was with the other guy. I was also double charged and I called but now I have to deal with it through the Chipotle website. For a burrito and a taco meal almost $20 and a lot of wasted time trying to get another $20 back. Spent almost $40 for those two items. I know this is a new location next to me, so Im hoping they work on their customer service skills and learn how to fix their mistakes.

I dont care if the person serving my food is looking happy or inviting at all but the young fella working today looked downright irritated that i would be buying a burrito from his store. No help even after telling him it was my first time at chipotle, and on top of that my food was a mess of sauce all over the outside of my burrito that he wasnt even looking at while he made it. Terrible service unlike muchas gracias. That is all.

Best experience with a fast food restaurant Ive had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly, and quick to take my order. Michelle, an employee there, noticed it was my first time, and made me her recommended favorite. And then to follow, Benjamin gave me the meal free as an honored first time guest. I will definitely be returning, as the food was great, and again a wonderful experience.

Quality similar to what you would find at other Chipotle restaurants (in a good way). This place recently opened up (first quarter of 2017). Youll find your standard Chipotle options. For those that havent been to a Chipotle, its a similar style to what youll find at a Subway. But with burritos and much better ingredients.

When here around early evening, was super busy but the staff was great. Food was semi freshly cooked and tasted good. The only issues at this location is the parking. Feel like their parking situation for me could be better other then that everything was great.

Ive been a chipotlaholic for 13 years. This Chipotle is the worst Ive ever been to. Meat is always old. Always low on everything. Rude service. Smallest portions. This Chipotle is an embarrassment. Ive never walked out on 1 ever and I have here 3 times.

Too cold inside. We prefer Baja Fresh or Salsaritas with all their fresh salsa and topping choices. The shredded beef was good but so few topping choices compared to others.

Decent place, but the burrito bowl was a bit smaller than Ive eaten at other Chipotle restaurants. The chips were also a bit on the cold side and didnt seem as fresh.
