Ive been a fan of Chipolte in Seattle and Portland, so i was excited when one opened on the west side. Unfortunately, when i went today i was disappointed. Every burrito i saw rolled while i was in line was wrapped so tight that they were almost as wide as they were long, far too stumpy, mine was no exception. I guess thats not the worst thing that could happen, but the burrito was hard to eat and the tine foil barely stayed on. The taste of Chipolte burritos is always consistent, much like other assembly line style fast food, but i will not be recommending this place to my friends. Especially considering that there is an authentic, locally owned and operated burrito truck walking distance from Chipolte. Its less expensive there and Ive never been dissapointed.

Really good and healthy food but the person making my food was an idiot. Wanted I burrito and got a bowl. I thought it was like how they made Safeway Cheese steaks. Asked for steak and the girl said "Chicken?" Me, "No, Steak." Starts putting on chicken. "NO!" "Double Chicken?" "No..." Then when my mom paid she asked me if thats what i wanted and said. The two employees looked at me like "Whats this kid talking about?" That made me uncomfortable and then like normal, I had an emotional breakdown. Thankfully, I got a burrito but you know what it was, CHICKEN! NOT STEAK! And the other employee kept saying "Awesome!" in this annoying voice and just ruined my lunch.

This is good food. Its not authentic Mexican, but it just tastes good, and everything is fresh. The meat is tender, the salsas are bright and flavorful and the gauc (though pricy) is perfect. Ive tried every meat they offer. I enjoyed them all, but i prefer the steak. Its a little dryer but still tender and the dryness is a good contrast to wet toppings. I dont get the food poisoning jokes about this place. Its never been a problem for me.

The customer service is ok, but the staff doesnt use proper universal precautions. Very unclean and their dirty aprons are always getting in the food when they lean over. They charge 2$ for a tiny bit of guacamole that looks like slop. The rice is dry and hard the beans are very dry and the meat taste like its been sitting out for a while. Not worth my time.

Went there for lunch and the place was literally filled with chip crumbs and sauce dripping off tables. Customers ate outside and actual workers were socializing and not working at all. Did I mention my request there took over 40 minutes? Unprofessional, lazy, and just immature working environment.

Love the staff! However, over the last couple weeks my rice has been undercooked and the portions have been cut down significantly. My family goes there once or twice a week and really love the food but the last two visits we have not been impressed. I have hope that it will get better!

May be an off night, but the meat was all dry and had been sitting out for hours. The rice was scraped from the hard stuff on the bottom. Ice tea was out for the night at 830. Just not a pleasant experience. Like I said. May have been an off night. First time here.

The food is always amazing and they have many vegan options. The price is fair considering I can get two meals out of one of their bowls. They also have good drink choices, although those are a little over priced. The service has always been very fast and polite.

Theres always one person working the line and they move incredibly slow like they have no regard for peoples time. Maybe if they moved faster they wouldnt have lines going out the door. I like the food but its such a pain to get it.

Really loud! The walls behind the staff seem to amplify the noise in the restaurant, which makes it nearly impossible to hear the staff. The food is good, but the noise makes it difficult to order, so I just dont go there.

Echoes loudly in there hard to hear what they are asking and portions have gotten smaller and prices seem to have gone up 1.50 for a scoop of guacamole. I coulda went out and got the real things made myself that much.

Every single time I come in, I am given pathetic servings. I have worked at a chipotle and I know the required portions. These servings are almost always 75% or less of what is considered normal. Waste of $10

Great food, healthy options, and a real kind staff. The only issue is your ticket price can add-up fast and it can be a little difficult to communicate with the employees since the room is so echo-ey.
