When this business first opened in Olympia, it was great. Food was delivered on time, hot, and by people who were very friendly. I became quite the regular customer. Each time they added a new restaurant to their roster, I got excited and my family was able to try food from local restaurants we hadnt even heard of. However, over the last month things have gone downhill. Food takes longer to arrive. It is often lukewarm and not good from having been sitting. One of the few times I chose to pay cash, the driver didnt even have $5 in change to give me. I tip well, but an $7 tip on a $13 is a bit overkill. The last time I ordered, I had to go pick the food up from the restaurant myself. It had been taking a long time so I called the restaurant, Jim Bobs. They told me my food had already been waiting for 45 minutes. Jim Bobs was kind enough to remake my food fresh and allow me to come get it. By the time the driver called me to apologize, I had already picked up the food and gone home. We were eating. It was 2 hours and 45 minutes after I ordered. Since I used a credit card, I told the driver I would like my money back. He said hed let the dispatcher know. I never received another call from the owner or a manager to apologize and it took 5 days to see the charge come off my bank account. It is doubtful that I will continue to use this service as its become rather disappointing, and the non-existent response from whoever is in charge tells me they dont care for my business.

I love PugetSound2Go! Thurston County has needed a food delivery service for so long. The deliveries are quick, and they use thermal bags to keep the food hot. Me and my employees even have food delivered to us while were at work!

I was busy at work and had no time to leave, but I used Puget Sound 2 Go and was very pleased with the food and how convenient the service is. I would definetly recommend Puget Sound 2 Go!
