Today the 30th of July at approximately 11:30 Am I called in an order for a burger and fries. I typically request for no cheese due to the fact Im lactose intolerant. For those who dont know what that means I cannot digest dairy products. I showed up roughly 10 minutes after calling in my order. The first problem I observed was they were serving other peoples food before mine. So much for "first come first served". My second problem were the employees pointing and laughing at me because of my condition. This will not be tolerated. I cannot begin to explain how that can make one person feel. Today, not only will I be writing a bad review for this specific location, this WILL BE REPORTED TO CORPORATE. Just because its a minimum wage job, it does not give them the right to treat me this way. Their has been an additional visit of mine where they have screwed up my order by adding cheese and refused to fix it. I will not only not go back but I will stand up and say something. I truly hope those that understand my perspective do not return as well. I will tell anyone and everyone I contact.

Service was ok. Seating was not. I dont understand if the burger was so good why are there ads everywhere (including the bathrooms) saying how good their food is? Burgers are not flame broiled so they are cooked in their own grease. The normal burger has 2 patties, which would be fine normally, but the buns are pathetic. The entire thing falls apart! The buns are the usual white bread buns that are basically mush. The Pub Buns at Costco are so much better. They are a little pricey but they have one price for basically any toppings to keep it easy, but IMO not worth the hype. Carls Junior instead?

No, I did not make a mistake by putting down a one star for this restaurant. I know what some people may think. "Its Five Guys! Why would you dislike them?!" Soggy burgers, thats why. Ive been to this place enough times to the point where I disposed going to it anymore. The burgers that they serve comes in a wrapped aluminum. And upon opening the aluminum hopping for a glistering burger, you get a wet, soggy burger instead. The burger is small and tight, and it doesnt give me the feel of what the hype is about with Five Guys. If you havent tried out Five Burgers yet, just try it and see what happens.

Five Guys does a great smash patty style burger. I hesitate calling places like this fast food because theyre using good quality ingredients and preparing them well. If for some reason youve never been to a Five Guys its well worth a visit. This particular location was pretty standard, set in a strip mall, appropriately staffed, typical Five Guys decor, well kept. Easily worthy of four stars and a few bucks for a great burger.

The Best Burger Joint in Hillsboro! Fresh ingredients, fast & friendly service, and low prices! I love the food & atmosphere of this restaurant! The burgers are great, but the fries are out of this world! They are peeled skin on fries that are deep fried in peanut oil! Reminds me of an IN & OUT, but its BETTER!! Still not as good as Fuddruckers, but I go here more because its half the distance of Fudds!

One of the best burgers in town and excellent fries. Very reasonably priced, and you can order ahead online. Only complaint is that the dining room gets very, very noisy, exacerbated by metal chairs sliding across the tile. Its crowded at meal times and there are few tables designed for parties of 5 or more. Not a relaxing place, but the food and prices keep us coming back.

The burgers are good. The fries are good. Theres too much in the way of peanuts. Do not bring anyone who is allergic to peanuts to a Five Guys. Decor is the same as all fast food places. It rather a bit of a wait for the food (or it seems like it when its busy). Seems to be worth it though, we do keep going back. And they have malt vinegar on the condiment rack.

The food is the main reason to come here. People love the burgers, fries and shakes. I think theyre alright, but not anything special. The fries are great, but theyre just fries. Who wants to eat a bunch of fries? Aside from the food, I would consider this to be a stressful dining experience. Busy, loud restaurant. Too busy to care about customer service.

Walked in and a lady took my order with a very monotone voice and no smile. Just put my card and receipt in front of me instead of handing it to me and didnt even say "have a good day" when I was done paying. Instead, when I said thank you she said "yeah". Food service was sort of fast but customer service here was very eh.

This place rocks. This is my favorite "fast" food joint. Tasty burgers, awesome fries, and all the toppings are free. "Bacon-cheese, all the way" all the way. Fries are made fresh, fried in peanut oil from fresh, local potatoes. They even tell you which farm they came from and when.

Decent burgers and if you want to fill up on fries this is the place. Its clean, has good service but a bit expensive for an average burger. The 5 Guys reminds me of In N Out burgers down in southern California. If youre looking for more variety Red Robin is a good alternative

A classic restaurant if you want basic, dripping-from-the-bag greasy burgers and fries. The food is excellent (if all the grease is your thing), reasonably priced for the portions, and good customer service. Not the cleanest restaurant, but definitely not the dirtiest either.

Everything is great. The staff is friendly and the food is typical awesome five guys food. They are a little bit slow busy or not but I guess thats how long it takes to make a good burger. Its always cold in there though..

Not your typical burger joint. It has a simple menu and most of their burgers come as doubles The kids/small burgers are single patty. They also have other food options but I dont recommend this place for vegetarians.

Perfect for what it is. Amazing burgers and fries. Greasy fun with peanuts on the floor. A bit on the feel like your in a glass house setting with little privacy but overall, a place to hang for dang good burgers.

Excellent burgers and fries. You will need to wait a few minutes before your burger is ready, but I think its worth the wait, which is definitely shorter than some other Five Guys Ive been to. Clean restrooms.

Great burgers whether you get a regular (2 patties) or a "little" burger (1 Patty). Just about anything (mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushroom) you could want on a burger is free.

Really good burgers - a bit greasy - but still pretty damn good. Their obsession with peanuts strikes me as somewhat odd though. Goes without saying - if youre allergic to peanuts, stay far, far away.
