the food is ok but not great! My tortilla shells are always dry and crispy. I prefer a fresher softer tortilla, the sad part was I have been there several times and the staff are ok friendly, but today, I was right in the middle of giving my order and a guy walks up to the counter and she just goes to him while Im in mid sentence to ask if she can help him? What? why? I was like literally talking. Quite frankly that felt rude and I felt like it was because I was white and he was latino.

They messed my order up twice in the middle of the night, I called to explain what had happened and when I called to ask for a manager I was verbally assauleted and persecuted. I was fearful to ask for a refund or go to the store and confront this thug. Luckily the manager was very sweet when I finally was able to contact her. Even though I got my refund, I still felt like I deserved better. Just go somewhere else. Dont waste your time or your money.

So sad to say, this isnt the Arizona Mexican food Im used to. Speaking as a Mexican, this isnt Mexican food! But everyone around loves it and recommends it. Nothing has any spice or flavor, but I guess thats the way its done here in this part of the states. I must say staff was nice tho. This review isnt relavent to anyone who doesnt like spice or traditional Mexican food. Hope it helps someone from outta town lol! 2 stars for location, drive-thru.

I went for breakfast / lunch through the drive through. When I got home and took a big bite of my beef taco I proceeded to get stabbed in the roof of my mouth with a wooden stick about 1 inch long. I called the restaurant to complain and I was chuckled at and told I could come in and get my 2.50 back for the taco. I probably spend that much in gas just to drive there. I rarely go to this location and now I remember why.

The food here is really good, however the sign says they are open till 4am on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 2am the rest of the week. Its clearly 1am with their open sign on and they wont serve me because they are closing. They have done this every day I have come after work. So much for being my favorite place to eat. CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON THE DOOR AND THE GOOGLE PAGE.

Theyre suppose to be open until two thirty and tonight I wanted two burritos, chicken, and bean and cheese. I came by right at 12:48 and as soon as I was about to pull up to the order box they turned their lights off and closed. I work in fast food your never suppose to close early or close on a customer! Im very upset.

They messed up my order!! I ordered an Oregon burrito and got some fish burrito! I live 20 min away and when I called to tell them, they said they could not do anything unless I drove all the way back to town to show them the burrito and my ticket!! Whos going to pay for my gas for their mistake? Not Much Gracias!

good fast food mexican restaurant, once, when their card machine was down, and we had no cash, the waitress wrote down her name, our names, and the total, and said she would cover it, and for us to have a good night, she was so sweet about it, we went back the next day, paid our bill and gave a tip

Friendly staff, great service, and okay prices. I highly recommend checking them out if youre looking for drive thru Mexican food, however, if you are looking for sit down food there are better options considering how expensive Muchas Gracias has become. Always great quality and decent quantity.

This place sucks! Their food has no flavor, and the customer service is by far the worst Ive ever seen. When they make a mistake on orders, and you go in or call them to let them know they actually argue with you. I will never eat here again. Do not waste your money or time.

My refried beans had soap or dish detergent in them. My wife agreed it tasted awful. I wasnt about to eat any of the food and they would only refund me for 2 items and kept the tip. Very rude staff who would not own up to the problem. Reported to the health department.

There was an error with my order but honestly it was my fault and I told the owner about my situation and told her it was my fault that if I can switch my order and to my surprise she just smiled and said we need more honest people like you. :)

As far as Mexican food goes, they are border line horrible. Food is saturated with oil and customer service is honest (they give it a good effort), but get the order wrong. Nothing more frustrating than getting home with food you didnt order.

Not the best Mexican food out there, but we go in just for the burritos. Generous size, easy on the wallet. Recommend the Oregon burrito and the Conga burrito with carnitas. Red sauce will light you up, if youre looking for some hot goodness!

Their website says theyre open until 2, its 1am and the lady refused to serve anything. I inquired about their website and how it states theyre open until 2. She said she knows but her manager doesnt care. Very frustrating

HORRIBLE. Extremely slow and they have gotten my order wrong on more than 1 occasion. :/ We typically wait in line at drive through for about 15 minutes and then they get my order wrong. :(

You can customize however you like. I recommend a potato, egg, cheese, and salsa burrito. Or go vegan and ask for a vegan burrito. Youll be surprised how loaded it is and healthy too!

Delicious, I got the rolled tacos no cheese or sour cream, and it was super fresh. My husband got the chicken fajita tacos and they looked and smelled fresh and amazing. Thank you
