Went there today and can honestly say their food was probably the worst I have had in a long time. I usually dont go to burger King but my past experience with them was never like this. I ordered the chicken fries and when I received them they looked as if they had been sitting under a heating lamp all day. Very dry and blan, on top of that the server who took our order looked as though she didnt even want to be there. No smile not even a hello. As soon as we paid for our food they had it ready on the counter. To me thats just kinda sad you cant take the time to prepare something fresh when we are the only ones in the establishment? Sorry but 2 stars and I will not be going back for now unless something changes.

I have gone in there a few times to get their angry whopper meal and it does not have any angry sauce. They never told me they were out until I called when I got home. Then when I would call a snotty sounding teenager would say " I told you that when you ordered it" when in fact she did not because I would have not ordered if I knew they were going to charge me 7 dollars for a plain whopper. Will never eat there again. What ever happened to hospitality? When I worked fast food if someone was unhappy we would fix it or give them a free meal, but these people will argue with you till you are blue in the face. Not worth it

The food was okay but the customer service was very lacking. The lady taking orders was more occupied texting on her than her friendliness. The same girl could be heard loudly complaining about other crew. Some thing about Wanda and the coffee not being fresh brewed and filling the ice in the lobby. The menus were not working and they didnt seem worried about it. Customers cant decide if they cant see. My experience would have been a lot better at the lebanon burger king if it had not been for the rude crew working the front. The Mexican lady working the kitchen for Corazon always friendly and smiling making great food.

My wife and I eat here every so often and I honestly can say I dont Care for the food. My Wife likes it and thats the only reason I eat here. I dont like all the sauce they put on the burgers I think it ruins the taste becouse they put way to much the workers have always been nice but the foods not for me. I have not liked the food the last four times I have eaten here and now my wife is starting to agree. Also the prices are way to high for as bad as I think the food is. PS Even the milk shake was not all that good. I wonder if the owner ever eats here?

Id have a few issues here, minor ones mostly, but nothing too serious. Eventually you get to a point where even small issues add up. Today they were out of toys for their kids meals. My kids got toddler toys. Poor management. However, what really topped it off is that they didnt warn me before, during, or after they took my order. It wasnt until my kids were back in the car and asking why they got baby toys... Im done with this place. I will not be back.

Went in and ordered all our food, they gave us our drinks and then when I went to pay I was told that they were not accepting $50. I had a large order, not like i ordered one burger. They refused to take my money! The lady was rude about it. We wont be in that place again and Ill make sure to let everyone I know to stay away from this one. Went to taco bell and had a great experience!

Love BK food, but burgers are rather expensive and oh so unhealthy. I actually worked at this one on two separate occasions. You can bet almost every time you go that they will be out of something. They skimp on toppings, and now charge extra for just adding jalapenos, which come in huge jars and cant be that expensive!

Super slow service, if you use the drive through you will get parked so the lazy employees can "cheat" the wait time timer and ur fries will absolutely be old
