Absolutely horrible. There has not been a time that I have gone that they havent messed up an order. So upsetting when you have to return to get missing items you paid for..we always go in to order an I have had crunch wraps without meat, fritz burritos without fritos. Its ridiculous.. they dont answer the phone when you call. Then when you return for missing items they get rude. I would love to speak with the owner or even a Manger about the issues but no ever seems to be there with any authority..

The service was terrible. We went inside because the drive thru was packed. We waited for over 30 minutes and still didnt get what my order. So we asked for a refund and they refused. Today is my grandfathers funeral. We couldnt wait any longer so we left without our food that we paid for. The lady that was waiting next to us said she had been waiting over 40 mins for her burrito Supreme.. That is 1 item. I will never go back here again.

Worst Taco Bell ever, not only did they mess up my order two times but each time I saw the cashier at the drive up window text messaging. Instead of worrying about what her girlfriend are doing or asking her boyfriend what their doing tonight she might want to do her job, all I know is if I would do this at my job I would have been fired the first. If I could give this no stars I would.

Theyre really nice. I never have an issue with anyone being unfriendly. However, they are so slow and they get our order wrong in some way almost every time. I get it, we have a weird order (were vegan) so black beans instead of beef, no cheese etc. Just tonight they put nacho cheese on our crunchwraps even though we ordered it fresco. Its just frustrating...

Went there on Tuesday night around 5:30pm. I decided to get into the drive thru, only 7 or 8 cars in front of me. It took 45 minutes to make it through the line and get my food. 45 minutes is an extreme amount of time. Overall the actual service was ok, although there were still mistakes in my order.

The employee that was in the dining area was awesome! The Mexican pizza tasted great but the bean and cheese burritos barely had any cheese. But everything looked very appetizing when they brought it to us...which is unusual for the Taco Bells around where I live.

The cheesy bean and rice burritos and cheesy fiesta potatoes are my go-to. Every time Ive been at the Taco Bell at this location the employees have always been polite and efficient. Its a great place to go for a quick lunch or late night snack.

They do a good job with the food here and staff is mostly friendly. The drive through line can get ridiculous though. If its longer than three cars at the order screen, its quicker to just go in and order to go.

Waited in line in the drive thru, cars werent moving so we went inside, waited in line got nowhere so we left. Cannot recommend. Please come to Albany and refuse to visit this particular Taco Bell.
