Very frustrated! Seems to lack overall training and consistency. Went in and asked about gluten free options.I was given the paper takeout menu of gluten free options. I order and was pleased. So I decided this would be my go to option over Taco Bell and Del Taco (which are substantially more economical) when I have a busy run around town day. The next time I went in I was told there were NO gluten free options! (BTW I know that food is prepared where other food is and may be cross contaminated). I informed the young lady that I had in fact been given a menu with gluten free options and she argued there was no such options on the menu. I was angry and left not ordering. I decided to come back a week later and I was given a taco and a simple tostada for aprox $.3.8???. I go back in last night to order the same thing ordering no added sauce on the tostada. I was quoted 6.48. I explained that I had been in just a few days before and was charged 3.80 something for the same order, there bust be something wrong. He tells me there is no other option. I say alright I dont want to argue price. I will take the tostada. He clarifys my special order no sauce and that I am gluten free and sauce often has modified cornstarch which is flour. He ask do you want in sauce packets? I say no thank you I am gluten free and most have gluten. He asked do I want cheese? I say yes please. (I get home !5 miles away) open my bag pull out the tostada and low and behold it is not a simple plain tostado its on a FLOUR tortilla, no cheese! Seriously people! At least they got the taco right! We had great customer service. Restaurant was cool and clean. Bathrooms very clean. Food was excellent as always. Soft tacos are my #1 choice at Taco Time. It isnt cheap like Taco Bell, but the food quality is commensurate with price.

Everything is good here and tasty. Only 4 stars because the taco salad I had was definitely too small for what you pay for. If you dont mind paying a little extra I would definitely eat here as a fast food Mexican place.

Bad experience with this place, rude employees, a volunteer at a soup kitchen would treat you better then this place. An it shows place is always empty, surprised that the doors are still open.

Worst experience ever!!!! Took 10 minutes to order. Took a long time to get food and very small burrito for 9$ really greasy nasty fried tator tots. GROSS never going back

Have always loved this place. Great hard shell burritos. A little on the high side price wise but worth it to me. Also great tater tots.
