This is the absolute worst garbage I have ever tasted. Apparently the cook doesnt know how to COOK. Fried shrimp with absolutely no shrimp in it except maybe a little piece of the tail. I should post a dissection of this, looking for the fish? The sweet n sour chicken was more like some sick chicken pudding. The Vegetable fried rice contained absolutely no veggies, except maybe a random bean sprout from someone elses dinner. And the beef was inedible. So.... called in and spoke with Bella, she had no one else to direct us to. Piss poor customer service!!!! We are told to call back later!!! No, Ill just let the world know what to expect. A former great place now I guess Ill just hope I dont get sick!!! Update: after 3 calls and promises of the manager going to calling us back. It has been exactly one week, finally spoke to manager Tracy. She didnt return our call we just kept calling her. She admitted to not serving a whole shrimp, even though the menu sells by the piece. Maybe we shouldnt expect honesty? They do that on every order!! The manager was rude and instead of humility and an apology she went with the "thats the way we do it around here attitude". Not good customer service. She at first only offered us a $10 credit on our next visit. NOPE I will never eat there again. Then she went generous and offered us $20. Except I paid $40 for inedible food. NOPE!!! Ill just keep the posts going. Check Yelp and Trip advisors web sites as well. I would rather eat top ramen than give them my business. But if you want $20 bucks worth of garbage, you can have my credit. And yes I will keep up the bad reviews until they have a 1 star rating and the doors get boarded up! Bye-bye!!!

We called on Christmas Eve at 12:00 noon to let them know that we were going to have a party of 12 arriving at 6:30 pm that evening. I made sure to tell them that we had a mixture of children and adults. When we got there everything was set up tables, etc. Service was extremely poor, they were busy, but I had to get up and get water for the table, napkins. Our ticket got lost in the kitchen so some of us waited 2 to 21/2 hours for our food. Then the acting manager came out and said they would give us 20% off our ticket and this was final or they would call the police. Our waitress was running her but off, I believe she was new or had not been their long. We saw other waitresses and busboys just standing around and not helping her. I saw at one point she actually fell going into the kitchen. It was not her fault that we had bad service at all she was trying but had too many tables. The management or anyone else there every apologized for their poor service. The one lady said well you had your egg rolls and soup, so you had something. All the people that were sitting around us had ate and left and the new people were eating and we still had not gotten our food. They chimed in and said well we were being rude. They didnt have a clue what they were talking about. We love the food and have been going there over 20 years but they didnt care that we did not got taken care of. We will not be going there and are going to tell everyone we know what crappy service and attitudes we got there. We had a 17 month old sitting there for 2 1/2 hours before our food even got there and a very pregnant woman.

First we came in at lunch time and asked our server if there was a lunch menu or special she said yes all get the menu. We decided what to have and out waitress came and we started showing her what we wanted. She literally raised her voice and said thats not the right menu I told her ok and she still began to raise her voice and stated she wasnt giving it to us for that price. Again I said ok so I continued with my order and she still raised her voice. I told her to calm down she was fine with this. We order and then she try to walk away I asked if she could repeat our order she did then I asked if we could order something too drink she said if you want too. We got our food and didnt get one thing my son went and asked where it was they said we never ordered it . I said thats funny she repeated it too us. So we said never mind we ordered a burger with mayo when you too a bite the mayo ran down the sides. Needless to say we showed them and they said yes it looked like a lot but I didnt want to touch your food. Hello if it looks like a pound of mayo was on it then I doubt anyone would want it. My son didnt want it after that her said it made him sick. We ate our food which was greasy and seemed like it was pretty cooked and sitting out for hours. Needless to say we took it home for out dogs. Waitress here are very rude and look like there treated poorly but employers so I get why there are so pissed off at coustmors but this is your job be nice too the people you serve since they tip you.

Fast & Friendly with helpful, efficient servers. Given the niceness of the staff and their obvious efforts at providing the exact same "experience" at each visit, I will say this in the nicest way possible: the actual food, in my view, represents the absolute "average" of all American-ized Chinese restaurants - Ive eaten much worse, many times. At lunch, most "specials" include one fried meaty item in glow sauce, one mix of vegis in a clear sauce, and one glob of fried rice. I swear that my friend ordered a different lunch special than I did but if you stood 2 feet away, or maybe 2 inches away, you would struggle to tell the difference. A huge upside: we were on a tight lunch schedule and I think we had our food within five minutes after ordering, speed being the upside of a menu that steers you toward a few combinations of similar items. Also Im a big eater, and it had been seven hours since breakfast, but I still only made it just over halfway through that $5.95 meal when I arrived at that "its fine to stop now and you should if you want to be awake at 2:30" point. So I grabbed a box and scooted out the door a cool 30 minutes after walking in. Today, adequate really was okay.

If you are looking for an authentic Chinese food experience, look elsewhere. This is truly an Americanized Chinese Restaurant. Everything is kind of oily, bland or way too salty. I have noticed a lot of the clientele are senior citizens, and I have yet to see an Asian customer there in the dozen or so times I have visited. My favorite dish they make is the Wor Wonton Soup. It has all the ingredients you would expect - BBQ Pork, Shrimp, Chicken, snow peas, onions, water chestnuts, mushrooms, etc... decent broth. Todays lunch was a disappointment. The spring rolls were humongous, over-fried, and didnt taste very "spring-like" -- i.e., wheres the fresh vegetables? I ordered the Curry Chicken Fried Rice and asked for a fried over-easy egg on top. What I got was a mountain of salty, curry rice w/ diced onions, and a heavily salted scrambled egg on top. Again, none of the vegetables I usually expect in Asian fried rice. The wait staff are very friendly - which is a major plus and one of the reasons I keep finding my way back. But if there was a better place nearby - Id be going there instead.
