Time listed as closing at 7 but when in fact they close at 3pm. Planned at eating at this location today but by the time me and my partner got down there they already closed at 3, thinking we had until 7. Very disappointing since we both like big town hero and so many have closed around here. Had to take our business else where, if youre in the mood for it just go to the keizer location they are opened much later, last time I was there but their hours may have changed since then. *edit* Due to new sick paid time law and "minimum wage increase" the keizer location is now closed, they will now be doing catering out of the home from what I read in the news paper clipping they had up the last time I was in.

Weve been eating at Big Town Hero for years and have always been very happy. John the owner is a super cool guy who runs a great business. The staff do a great job too - for instance they try to listen to your order while you are ordering so they can make your sandwich right away. They are great about modifying dishes (adding peppers, splitting salads, etc.). Big Town Hero is a great option if you need to call (or email) in a large order for pickup. We order lunch from Big Town for staff meetings regularly and they always have our order ready to go when I arrive. Thank you Big Town!!!

Food is great, unfortunately as other reviewers have noted, they cant seem to keep their hours straight. Went at 6:30 and they switched off the open sign right in front of me. If I dont know when theyre open, Im not sure its worth eating there.

Several places list them as open until 7pm.... Arrived at 5:30pm and they were closed. Apparently not a dinner option
