Its really sad because sandwich press has great food but the service at the one on Mission Street is actually absurd to the point where I still want to go but I know I cant actually get there in a timely fashion with an hour break that I literally just tried to order some soup that I know is pre-made so that I could still eat something on my break with no one in front of me no one behind me I still waited for over 25 minutes and now about to be late for work again because these people literally dont know what theyre doing also the woman who ran the cashier and took my card for over 15 minutes kind of freaked me out that she was writing down probably my number because she was writing something down in front of me the whole time and going over and over my freaking card numbers which made me very upset and then continues to not even speak to me when she opens the window these girls are literally all on drugs look like s*** look like they hate their life its just the worst service imaginable and its really sad because Sandwich Express I fell in love with and McMinnville and the original owner was awesome and now I think theyre under new ownership and they literally have no idea how to run a business the fact that I had to wait 25 minutes for a bowl of pre-made soup is absurd and Im pissed

Been here 30+ times as its right by my work. Its Far from express. Guaranteed 20-25 min with the drive through during lunch time. Same long wait inside. I ordered the kids meal ($5) and was harassed about ordering a kids meal for an adult which was the employees pure assumption. They have a 12 sandwich purchase punch card for $4 spent or more. Theres no indication on the card that it cant be used on $5 kids meals but the employee refused to punch the card. This is my third punch card. That means over $144 has been spent by me but they refuse on kids meals?? The employees need to get on the same page because good customer service is sporadic. Today, I was ordering a kids meal for my child that Im picking up. They had no right to guilt me for buying a kids meal. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Lastly, the sandwich order was wrong when I opened it.

Ordered a Ruben with Swiss rather than provolone- which is what EVERY Ruben uses. I called in my order. I received a stapled bag with 1000 island dressing blobbed all over the receipt which I had to wipe off as I didnt want to get it all over me and the car. When I opened the bag, I had very hard bread. I mean rock hard. I fully suspect that the sandwich was microwaved rather than heated or grilled which bricks bread. There were precisely 2 very thin pieces of corned beef, a blob of sauerkraut and gooey provolone. The microwaving of the sandwich congealed the 1000 island dressing into a clear glaze. I took one bite and had such a difficult time chewing the bite I spit it out. I am so very glad it was only $4.99 which is $4.99 more than its worth- they owe me for my time, travel and disappointment.

Sandwich had 1.piece of meat, 2 tiny pickles, 3 handfuls of lettuce, and more bread than I needed. Garlic fries have 0 garlic flavor. Will not be returning. The server didnt even get our order to us correctly. She took the fries off another persons plate, the soup my lunch date ordered off of my plate and gave to her and gave me the wrong sandwich. Didnt say a word the entire time. Then put a sandwich on another customers table and walked away with not a word. Depressing. This place has gone downhill so quickly over the last year. I gave it its last chance.

I ordered lunch today 30 minutes before pickup because I only have a 30 minute lunch. When I got there my food wasnt ready but they read back my order and I paid they said it would be out shortly. I waited for 20 minutes for my food. They gave me my food and I left late for work. I get back into the card and check my order because the name on the order said Justin... my name is Brad. I had to take my food inside and was late for a refund. I wont return and Ill make sure everyone I know doesnt either...

I just drove to this place on a Tuesday because their website states "Hours of Business: Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 9:00pm Saturday: 10:00am to 7:30pm Sunday: 11:00am to 7:30pm". I arrived at 7:38pm. Based on their website, they should be open right? Wrong. Waste of time. I understand 3rd party websites can have dated or incorrect information at times, but not a company run website. Besides the incorrect information, their sandwiches are a above average and worth a try, so long as theyre actually open.

I absolutely love eating here.. I have one MAJOR issue with this place. They dont understand False advertisement. I always show up 2-3 hours before they close (According to their website.) BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED. I try going here for my lunch because it says they are open so I waste my gas and they are closed. I try eating here when Im not feeling well because it says theyre open so I waste my gas and theyre closed. It is utter and complete nonsense. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

DONT EAT HERE! Its a disappointment. This was the most disgusting sandwich and salad we have ever had. We got our order to go and when we opened the chicken sandwich up at the park it was missing the vegetables. All the ingredients on the sandwich were in the very middle of the bread (which was tasteless!) and soggy. Which was weird cuz it only took us a few minutes to get to bush park. The salad was stale, the croutons were burnt, and the ranch dressing was rancid. Blah!

Called in an order told them Id be there in 20-30 mins and asked them to have it ready. Got in the store paid and the girl just stood there looking at me. waited 20mins before asking where is was. They were all clueless and couldnt find it.over an hour to make turkey sandwiches is just ridiculous!. I spent $50 in sandwiches, how can you not find them?? Will think twice before ordering there again. Sad, that used to be my favorite place to stop when I was in town.

I dont hate it but Ive been going here frequently here over the last 3 years, even brought my kids on a Saturday afternoon and I would have to say this establishment and employees need revamped. There is never any hustle to get you your food and rarely a smiling face. Out of the time Ive come here the 1 and only time they were efficient And friendly? When I came through the other day and the owner happened to be running the drive thru....

The food is good, but the wait is ridiculous and I mean REDICULOUS..I called in the food 30min prior to, walked straight up to the counter, first in line..and then waited 20 MIN for my food! (50min total) I would NEVER go back on my own accord. Not sure in what galaxy it takes nearly an hour to make a sandwich. Then when my food arrived 20 min later, they pretended like its not a big deal, no apology, no nothing....wow...wow...
