A great little shop for high quality, very tasty sandwiches. On my first trip here I asked them t "surprise me" with what they put on the sandwich. The staff were very willing to play along and had fun customizing the sandwich for me. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly which made for a nice atmosphere. The food itself was really good. I had hoped that they would have some pork as a meat option, something like pulled pork perhaps, but alas they did not. That being said, all the sandwiches I have had here were flavorful and well made. The amount of toppings on the sandwich is a good balance. I also really appreciate the fact that they will give you thinner buns so that your sandwich isnt mostly bread. The facility is well laid out with plenty of seating, both inside and out. It has always been clean every time Ive gone in which is something I really appreciate. With lots of windows there is plenty of natural light coming in during sunny days; even on colder sunny days you can still enjoy blue skies. If youre looking for a decently priced, tasty, in-and-out sandwich shop, I would definitely recommend that you try the Potbelly Sandwich Shop.

I love Potbelly. Sooooooo much. Today I ordered a sandwich online to be delivered and my delivery time came and went and so I called the store to see what was up and the woman working apologized and let me know a mistake had been made and the order was marked as pick up and not delivery. She said the sandwich was ready and theyd send it over right away and throw in a free cookie. I was trying not to be irritated because I know it was an honest mistake, but I was on my lunch with a very limited time to eat. My sandwich arrived very quick and when I went to pay the man who delivered told me it was on the house and apologized again for the mix up. I thought it was extremely nice of them to do and I didnt want that kindness to go unnoticed. Thank you guys. You rule.

샌드위치의 신세계>< 따뜻한 빵 위에 치즈가 녹아있고 토핑은 서브웨이처럼 선택할 수 있어요~ 가격은 5.2달러 기본에서 시작하구요~ 너무 맛있어서 생각나는 맛이예요~ 개인적으론 서브웨이보다 맛있는 것 같아요ㅎㅎ핫 페퍼를 넣으면 진짜 매우니 매운걸 잘 못 드시는 분은 빼달라고 하세요~

I do not write reviews, but felt compelled because they really took care of us at the Pot Belly on Stucki Ave. We had a minor incident (nothing with the food--it was excellent as usual). I expressed my concerns about the handling of the incident with management and it was addressed immediately. The messaging from management was sincere and honest, and they went to a much greater extent than I would have ever expected to make sure we were okay. I highly recommend this place.

Reasonable prices Friendly service Skip Jimmy Johns, Subway, Quiznos - Potbelly is MUCH better Their Wreck, Italian and "Roman Empire" are all very good (So is their chicken and turkey, but those are kind of plain)

Sandwiches are very good. Loooove the peppers on them!! The salads are 1 in 5. See avocado on salad picture below from 3/15/2017. Yuck. Ever since this post, everything has been perfect from this place so Im upping the stars. Also they make large catering easy. We get deliveries to the hospital, next door, quickly.

Flies were landing on all the meat they were using to make sandwiches for, when I noticed the employee his words were "so? I know.." worst experience ever and I didnt even get to eat. Thank god qdoba was across the street. Poor service, health violations.. disturbing.

Ok sandwiches, a little better than a subway. My coworkers like to go here but I prefer the many other food places close by. No complaints but its just not my kind of place, especially with so many better options within spitting distance.

Its not bad, just not what I was excepting. Its a chain very similar to Subway. Its cheap, but you dont get a lot for your money. Load up on the veggies if youre hungry! Staff were nice, the restaurant was clean.

Love it. The sandwiches here are so much better than anywhere else. Always fresh and delicious. The staff is great as well. The Chicken Salad Sandwich and Grilled Chicken & Cheddar Sandwich have been my favorite.

Delicious sandwiches and soups, my favorite is the Italian Sandwich. They also have the most amazing shortbread cookies you can buy a whole box! Try not to eat the whole box at once, pretty impossible!
