Poor quality product and service at airport. Limited selection of breads. Either white or whole wheat. Asked for not toasted. Not allowed. Toasted bread comes out of oven all black around edges with cheese almost carmalized. Asked for lettuce, mayo, and avacado only with chicken salad. Later found tomato inside which I am allergic to. Also found avacado peel inside. Chicken salad was bland tasting mostly like mayo. Workers were chatting constantly about private life matters. Asked for a bag and clerk literally threw it at me and I had to bag my own stuff. If at the airport, go elsewhere for a sandwich. Even a Subway would be better than this chain !!

To be clear the sandwiches are great, but the young people working at the Potbellys at PDX and rude and seem to have zero regard for the customer by the way they never make eye contact, never say please or thank you (if they even say anything besides barking "What can get you?",) and talk endlessly and their personal lives. I feel like Im walking into a high school cafeteria every time I go there. Its not a deal breaker, but I wish the management would teach these children how to do customer service.

Great ingredients makes for good salad. Service was quick and not unfriendly but neither congenial. Got the clubhouse salad. Not a large meal but as healthy and fresh as you might get in an airport for $7.95
