We ate dinner here on a Saturday night 9/26/2015. This was our first visit and our servers name was Antonio. We have to say Antonio was a top-notch server. They also seem to use teamwork here as someone else replaced my Pepsi. The servers are all younger and certainly energetic. A Gal came by that said she was the Manager and asked how our evening was going and we said great. Then the food arrived. I had their Burger (it was recommended) and Wife had the Pork Sliders. The Burger for $10 was not very good. I ordered it medium to medium-rare and it was cooked super well-done. It was supposed to be a 1/3 pound burger but seemed much smaller but since it was cooked to death, who knows what it might have been like properly cooked? My Wife thought her Pork Sliders were OK but not anything special. . This place seems like a neighborhood restaurant and it looks like a good place to hang-out and drink, although thats expensive too. I guess if you want a clean, nice hangout, nice atmosphere, this is probably OK but if you want a quality meal, there are so many other and better choices. There were lots of couples with young children which is always nice to see. Giving it 3-stars as the service made the evening as good as it could be with the not-so-great food. If we were to rate just the food, it would be 2 stars. I doubt we will be back but at least were hoping wed have another decent restaurant choice near our home but this one isnt it.

My family is new to the area. My wife and I went out on a Sunday evening to get a drink. Online, and on the front of the establishment the hours clearly state, open until 11 p.m. We parked our car at 10:04 and started to walk up. A waitress from the bar area saw us, and while walking away, and in an incredibly ride tone said, "We are done for the night." I was surprised. I understand closing down a bit early, especially on a Sunday, but an hour bf your posted closing time seems excessive. Especially give the fact that there were still guests there, one of which I saw order a drink as we were walking up. The sad thing was, we were literally going to have maybe a single beer, or two. Not a cocktail you would have to mix etc. (Not that, that should matter). I had heard great things about this place from a few of my new colleagues, and thats why we gave it a shot. Unfortunately, we will not go back. Feel free to try it on your own...just not an hour before close.

I almost didnt eat here tonight based on the negative reviews. But I was impressed with this place and I am picky b*tch!!!! Our food was great, service was spot on AND the manger walked by to check on us and all other tables. BBQ burger is great, clam chowder with bacon rocks and their chili is spectacular. Even my picky, diabetic 12 year old loved her food and SWEET POTATO FRIES! Just moved to the Bethany area and this is going to be my familys Go-to spot for dinner!! We really arent an easy bunch to please and all of us had no complaints! Cant say that about most places we eat so I gave 5 stars. Btw, their ranch dressing is great! Not the nasty bottled/vinegary junk!!

This was our 2nd and final visit, we wont be back. - Service was terrible, one overwhelmed waiter, who was like a deer in the headlights, for the entire lunch hour - The lettuce was old, and some of what we were served should have been thrown away - The fish tacos were old, haphazardly thrown together, and the fish was rubbery as though it had been cooked much earlier in the day - The onion rings were fried in old oil, were previously frozen, and had some ridiculous cheese on them that was just wrong and apparently there to give a fufi spruce up to frozen, processed food AND $48.00 FOR A LUNCH FOR TWO....ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING?????????

Came here on a lunch break, hoping to enjoy some quality food. Waiter arrived within moments of us sitting down and took our order immediately, so that was good. We then proceeded to sit and wait for 30 minutes with no sign of our food. We ended up having to order it to go and waiting another 10 minutes or so. I will not be returning here, nor will my lunch companion. The only exception saving this from a 1 star is they comped us the food. 5 star for realizing that their timing was horrible. 3 star for food. 1 star for overall experience. So the 3 is an average.

The restaurant closes at 11 p.m. not midnight as advertised by google. The waitresses / staff were extremely rude to me and friends entering at 11:30 pm ... some chairs were on top of tables. "Does it look like were open?" Says the Waitress with a very condescending voice. No times were advertised on their door either. I should have checked the website. Either way, they shouldnt treat people like that. I am not interested in going good back because of that experience.

We come here every Tuesday for Geeks Who Drink trivia and Im always impressed by the service. Whether we order a full meal or just drink water we get the same great service. The food is always delicious, the Seared Asian salad is fabulous and they have awesome garlic tater tots. They have a terrific seasonal drink menu as well as a really good specials list. Whether you are coming for trivia or for dinner Bethany Public House is the place to go.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. They often have specials offers in the local magazine, so I have gotten some great deals and discounts. The food is very good, and they have a good selection of beer. We have visit several times and have been very happy with the service every single time. I also like that their outdoor sitting area is dog-friendly.

Beer selection is lacking, amount of staff you would hope for better service like knowing what the seasonally cider is. You would hope for at least more than the abv on the beer menu Over all the salad was good, atmosphere good but the selection for beer and food just ok. I will try it again but with lower expectations.

The Pub rocks! This area seriously lacked a good, non-chain food & drink spot. Awesome spot and is a great place to see friends, neighbors, and meet new ones! Friendly staff, great management and diverse menu make it a win-win. Only opened in fall 2014 so earlier reviewers were unfairly harsh. Come by and see!

The atmosphere was good, drink options good, the service wasnt my favorite. We stopped by here after dinner with some friends, ordered one drink (being friendly and not obnoxious I might add) and shortly after(with no last call made) we were brought our check. Never had that happen before... felt rude.

Does not have a good AC. Gets really warm in there. Other places have good AC... I dont think its so hard to do? Drinks are good, some mixed drinks are overpriced. I also feel they could have healthier ingredients and menu choices. But the AC problem, that alone will keep me from going back.
