I ordered a pizza online for carry out last night. It said it would take 14 minutes, I arrived at the pizza Hut at 19640 SE McLoughlin Blvd, Gladstone, OR 97027 about 20 minutes after I placed my order. I payed for my pizza and was told by a man with a name tag that said JM on it and said manager I believe that my pizza was coming out of the oven just then, I sat down and waited about 10 minutes went by, and the employee cane back out to the front counter and asked if I have been helped, it was the same employee "JM" that had taken my cash and said my pizza was coming out of the oven I told him yeah I just paid you Im waiting for my food, he said "oh whats your name again" I replied Shane, he said "Shannon or something" I said no Shane, he then told me it would be out shortly. I waited patiently, as I waited a man and woman came in and ordered 3 pizzas and then left, I waited a very long time at this point being ignored by the employees, the people who ordered the three pizzas roughly 40 minutes after I had placed my order came back and there pizzas were ready, they got then and went on their wat. At this point I became completely irritated and asked the employee "JM" for a refund. He asked if I wanted a soda or brownie, I said no I ordered my pizza over an hour ago at this point and watched people order and relieve three pizzas in the time I waited, he said "ok hold on" went got on the phone, came back and asked if I wanted a soda or a brownie, at this point I am furious I said no give me my money back, he than said that my order didnt come through to the kitchen when I ordered it. Which I didnt understand since he had at first road me that my pizza was coming out of the oven, then verified my order once again and said it would be done soon. None of this made sense I do not know what kind of drugs this guy was on but it was completely ridiculous. Finally again I said no I want my money I want to leave he then got on the phone again and was speaking in Spanish, he then got in the register and got my money. Not once apologising. This us the worst customer service I have ever experienced, how this complete level of incompetence is allowed is beyond me. I am very upset, I wasted near an hour and a half and was never explained what was going on or apologised to. I will NEVER be going to this pizza Hut again.

For the second time in less than a week, I called to try and get a pizza ordered from this location. This time in the middle of the afternoon when there is NOTHING BIG GOING ON. Yet once again, i was told an hour for delivery. after 20 minutes on the phone with the CSR (who isnt even in oregon.. they are in Pittsburgh, PA) I finally got to talk to the GM of the store. This guy seems to think that the car dealer across the street is more important than anything else. They only have one driver, and the manager isnt willing/able to do anything to help fix the situation. (He should be on the road himself to ease the load at this point. The actions of this manager are the SOLE reason for me leaving this review. He doesnt seem to care about any customers other than business type, and thinks that the best way into west linn is over the closed down oregon city bridge when leaving his store.... THAT DRIVE IF POSSIBLE WOULD ADD AT LEAST 2 OR 3 MILES TO THE DRIVE!!! This guy needs to have his head examined, and be sent back to school to take basic customer service and management skills, as he seems to have none at all. rest assured, i will never use this pizza hut again.

Horrible Horrible Customer service! 1st off we order pizza & wings and then when they show up they forgot the wings. Then my Dad paid for the pizza and gave the guy $40 for 1 pizza which was ONLY $8.99 and $3.99 for the delivery charge and the delivery guy only gave him back $15 which was a $12.02 in a tip? Seriously? So I call up to complain that they forgot the wings and then the lady on the phone was really RUDE and said well you guys told him you did not want the wings well yea after he forgot them to begin with and the weather was bad so we were going to skip it. But then I just told them to forget it and just bring my Dad back his change. I know the weather is BAD but seriously they need to treat their customers better for what they SCREWED up on. If I was to treat customers like the way that lady treated me I would have lost my job which is total BS. I will say that even though the driver did not show up with the WHOLE order he was pleasant and came back and returned my Dads money. However the lady that answers the phone she needs some customer service classes and is VERY VERY VERY RUDE!

This is probably the worst pizza hut location I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every time I order, something always seems to go wrong with their deliveries. Theyre consistently a half hour or more late on delivering, forget necessary supplies in order to sign receipts, do not provide all the items I order forcing me to either call and wait for them to deliver again while my pizza gets cold or just choose to suck it up and go without. Theyre customer service is often full of sarcasm, and they seem to get a kick out of parking in reserved parking at my apartments, one driver even going so far as to cut me off and take my parking spot while I was trying to pull into it. I will never order pizza from this location again, nor would I recommend anyone to. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Im not sure why I keep giving this location my business. When I pick up they are down right rude and will ignore you. I have waited to pick up my pizza that was ready for 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I tried calling the actual store location while I was waiting at the front, but no one answered the phone and I was sent to the call center location which was in another state. I just ordered a pizza from this location for delivery. The unenthusiastic receptionist let me know it would be 50 minutes... Its now been an hour and no delivery of a pizza. I automatically get sent surveys after I order, but all the survey is interested in doing is spamming your email. Way to go Pizza Hut.

Ordered a pizza online, took 35 mins longer than projected. When the pizza got to me it was cold, the employee was disgustingly dirty and sweaty which made me not even want to eat it to begin with. Called the customer service, told them exactly what I posted above. They sent out another pizza which was again delivered about 30 mins after it was supposed to be delivered, by the same disgusting employee. By the looks of these reviews, this franchise location should be bought back by corporate. The extremely low standard that this location has allowed to be acceptable resulted in them NEVER getting another dime from me. Save yourself the headache and call another pizza place.
