Having moved from the Bay Area, where every where you turn you can find great Mexican food, Ive been looking for a place to ease my burrito cravings. I have ordered the carnitas burrito my way (carnitas, guac, black beans, onions, cilantro, add chicken, and the spicy brown salsa) several times and its been delicious. Their regular burrito has meat of your choice, rice, beans either pinto or black, and pico de gallo. I havent had anything I would describe as greasy. Their carnitas is crispy and delicious (not drowned in soupy sauce), and they have diced chicken with spices and not that shredded crap I keep finding in my burritos and tacos around here. They have a great salsa they call "brown" which is made in house from roasted tomatoes, onions, and peppers. They also make a great habanero salsa, and a green less spicy one. All three are on the counter and ready for the taking along with chiles and the regular carrot, jalapeño, and onion mix. Ive tried Por Que No?, which was pretty good, but not quite what I was looking for. Missing that street vibe that makes Mexican food so yummy. Also Cha Cha Cha, which has great "Mama Beef", but is pricey and not open late. I also see many people eating giant plates of chicken or beef served with beans and rice, salsa and guac. They do have street tacos, but specify those are what you want because I see tacos on the menu served in a hard shell. I too have found their staff to be really nice and have gotten my silly diva burrito order right every time. Ive given four stars because I havent tried everything and can only comment on my burrito. Plus they have a drive through and are open on the weekends until 0400 hours.

Awesome. Really great meats. And really great prices. ($2 big soft tacos, or $3 for 5 hard tacos, anyone?) Sure, some of the burritos are a little greasy, but just get the $2 street tacos and youll see why Ive put 5 stars here. Now, you may look at the menu and say: I dont see any $2 tacos, and you would be right. But just order tacos and choose a meat from the meat list and get soft tortillas if asked and youll be great. Another great item is the meat plate -- a huge helping of everything you would get in a taco salad, but with more meat instead of the shell. And the jamaica drink is really solid too. Also, the staff are super, super nice, so leave them a little tip.

A decent fastish food Mexican restaurant with fair prices. The dining room which was an Arbys at one time is pretty typical for a fast food restaurant except for the Lottery machines in the inside. This location has a drive-thru and theyre open until 2 a.m. which is great for midnight munchies. I order the same thing when I eat here, the fish tacos but sometimes they can be a little inconsistent and sometimes they forget to put the lime wedges in the to-go boxes. The flan is pretty good too.

Having grown up in Mexico I know Mexican food. I got the tacos al pastor which in their menu is adobada. And my boyfriend for a big burrito and homemade hardshell flour tacos, plus drinks all for barely like $20 ...friendly ...we went in the morning around 10ish and it was quiet so no lines at all, very clean bathroom, they have a key, so you know not everyone and there sister is gonna use the restroom like at McDonalds...good place overall. Think well be back. Thumbs up, Tecos. :)

Best way to describe this is generic Mexican Restaurant #12583. Not worth your time, take your money to 52nd and Foster, go to the El Sultan food cart. My wife went to here for the 5 tacos for 3$. Oily, and just rushed. not appetizing at all. We expected street tacos, the soft and super simple. Instead they were hard and not even the quality Taco Bell is held to.

I come here every so often for a burrito. The food is pretty decent for Mexican fast food. Ive been here once before where they were randomly closed when there wasnt a holiday (at least to my knowledge), and Ive been to the drive through where they had to do cash only on more than one occasion. The burritos Ive had have been a tad bland, but definitely filling.

Tecos is staffed by nice, friendly people; their food is standard quick Mexican fair. Burritos, tacos, nachos, etc. They have good tasting carnitas and serviceable picadillo. If youre craving Mexican and its late, you can count on Tecos to scratch the itch for you.

Great Mexican food at great prices. I always love the barbacoa tater tots. It fills me up. The person at the window is very nice and always remembers I like lots of habanero sauce. Basically the only good food available after 11.

The rice was seasoned well except the beef burro had far too much chili powder, was informed that the "usual" guy was on holiday. Great, Great servers though, super nice and very "on point", kitchen needs to get on same page

Food is Meh, but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff is friendly. The place looks so bland and plain.. Id compare it to a hospital. More people come here for the video poker room than the food.

I get the asada tater tots here, my guilty pleasure after a long day at work. They are piled high with ingredients, and always tasty. The quesadillas are huge and overstuffed too.

Tecos is what it should be. Cheap solid Mexican that is open late and has a drive through. Its definitely worth a try, I got a totally edible and tasty Carnitas taco today.

Not too bad but semi authentic. The specialty ground beef burger lacked in seasoning and depth and was rather bland. But the hot sauce was on point. Service was okay.

My egg, sausage, potato burrito would have been delicious except it lacked any sausage or egg and instead consisted of 94% potato. So... It was a potato burrito.

Ordered fish tacos and a bean and cheese burrito. The tacos were meh, but the burrito was fat and delicious. I ate the whole thing against my better judgment.

Its rare to find a place with such spicy hot sauce and delicious fish tacos. Loved it, though the quesadilla leaves much to be desired. It was rather plain.

It tastes good at 4:00am when youre faded. Otherwise, I dont think Ive ever eaten anything from this place without getting really sick the next day.
