This location for the most part has great customer service, Ive never had an issue on that end. I live down the street so delivery is not necessary, but I have ordered carry out more than a few times. The first time, I ordered a pizza in person and told them everything I wanted on it. Pineapple, garlic cream sauce, stuffed crust, etc. Well. When it was done they showed me the pizza and it looked good, but when I got home what I didnt realize was there was no cheese on it. Just the garlic sauce. I genuinely dont know if they messed up and didnt realize it, or if I needed to state "I want cheese on my pizza." which I have done since then. The second time I ordered there, there were more guys than women and they seemed much less attentive and left customers waiting nearly 10 minutes to be served. There was actually one employee smoking weed right outside of their personal employee entrance in broad daylight. I got the same pizza, but this time... the whole crust tasted off. It had this weird bland stale taste. It really ruined the pizza, even the stuffed crust portion of it didnt taste right. It didnt help when the employees acted like we were a huge inconvenience to them. The third time I ordered, everything was perfect. Quick service, nice employees, and the pizza was very good. This place is just hit or miss. I just wish the employees wouldnt hang around and smoke weed outside when they could be attending to customers. I work right down from this Pizza Hut location and you can see the guys lighting their pipe from fairly far away. I know some people claim they work better when they are stoned or high, but people like this just dont do that argument any favors.

I will not be back and recommend you stay away! I called my order in for carry out and repeated the order several times. The woman on the other end was beyond rude. I requested a bacon stuffed crust for my family and a pepperoni stuffed crust. She repeatedly asked what I wanted and I repeatedly told her. She snapped at me when I stated I wanted a pepperoni stuffed crust and told me that was the origional. Like I am supposed to have the menu memorized. So we went in to pick up our order and guess what.... no bacon and 2 pepperoni, when questioned, Megan refused to admit she could have possibly made a mistake. So i called in to speak with a manager about her extream unfrofessional behavior and guess who the manager is... Megan... Well knowing this wont be taken seriously, I guess I can only warn others. As long as Megan is employed at this location your money is best spent elsewhere.

So me and my friend ordered a Pizza for us and they told us 30 to 40 mins. Ok. Understandable. So were waiting and waiting and it was close to an hour and 10 minutes. I decided to look up online to see if they did a free pizza for being so late and I found "its 30 minutes or free" under their terms and conditions. I then called the lady and said I was looking on your website and found it was 30 minutes or free on deliveries and she said and I quote "I CAN GARUNTEE YOU THAT WE HAVE NO SUCH THING ON OUR WEBSITE. THAT WAS A DOMINOS ONLY THING AND IT WAS OUTLAWED IN THE 80s." There are plenty of other food places I still know of that give you free food if time is later than promised. Needless to say im VERY pissed and I will never be ordering from here again. I agree DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GET A PIZZA FROM HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Twice have I ordered from this store, and both times the pizza was delivered cold, no sauce or cheese, and it looking old. Not even left over pizza heats up this terrible. Both times were replaced but the second time was 6/1/15 the pizza was hardly any better. Just a bit warmer. And the person who redelivered this pizza was rude and a major a**hole with major attitude. Sorry you should have done your job right the first time and you wouldnt have had to come back out. Also when I called I was placed on "hold" for 5 mins. And by "hold" I mean the phone set down and I could hear horseplay in the background. Terrible service and terrible food. I will never order from you people again. Obviously there is a problem with this, look at all the other comments. Its a common thing to get crappy service.

The manager (Id hardly call this kid that) was standing there talking about how prostitues were getting pizzas delivered and how "girls would answer the door in their bras and panties"... this guys need to be fired. He is sitting here talking crap about customers to other employees right in front of us after hanging up the phone, while at the counter. This boy is a disgrace to this franchise. He needs to be fired. His name is Darian. He would make jokes about the prostitutes answering doors and Hed "know what they were doing, hahaha" and he would keep talking to us telling us stupid stories while another customer walked in and was standing at the counter waiting... he is very inappropriate and nothing short of unprofessional.

This place sucks! They have lazy employees who never want to deliver pizza. First, they told me it was going to be a 1 hour wait, as they were expecting me to cancel my order. I told them Id wait, then the deliverly guy called saying it was going to be 2-3 hrs. So I offered to pick it up & they told me I had 10 mins to get there or I wouldnt be able to get my order. Shortly after, I receive a call from a customer service guy saying that they would deliver my pizza and They never even showed up or called me. They need people who actually want to work. These lazy people dont want to do their damn jobs.

Ordered here from time to time and most of it was just a bad experience. Except for the drivers (they were nice) it takes an additional hour to get your food delivered. What made it more unsatisfying is the service when you call in to place an order. I wanted to just order one item to carryout, one of the employees hung up on me. I tried to give this place a chance, but Ill be ordering pizza from somewhere else for now on. Pizza Hut is good, just dont go to this one if you want great service. Maybe consider trying Dominos lol

While my husband and I like the pizza here it just doesnt seem to have the feel it used to. They are a carry-out, delivery only store. They seem to have issues with their online ordering as I have ordered multiple times online only to be told they couldnt find my order. After much looking they do seem to find it. One time after placing the order and attempting to pick it up the door was locked to get in. I had to knock really loudly to have someone let me in. I thought I they had went out of business or something.

Didnt read the reviews before I Ordered, and I should have. Hour and a half wait time to deliver, called to check in after about 45 minutes, and was told Im 3rd in line for delivery. I said Id be happy at this point to come pick it up (it was already almost midnight) and was told I couldnt do that. It was already paid for, I live a mile away... The pizza was ready when I called, but I had to wait for 3 more deliveries before I got mine.
