Girl with the septum piercing and glasses was rude and became very impatient, loud, and angry over me asking to add chicken into a kids quesadilla (which we have done countless times at other chipotles). After I said "Ill pay extra, I just want to be sure theres chicken and cheese inside for my toddler", she kept loudly saying "this isnt something we ever do. Ill let you do it this time. But we dont do this." ...over adding chicken to a quesadilla. And then tried to deny us any sides with his meal, when I asked for beans and rice on the side (which comes wth the kids meal). It is incredible to think that these people want $15 an hour. Totally rude, confrontational, and incompetent. I will not be returning to this Chipotle again.

I love Chipotle. Baja Fresh too. But Chipotle serves Margaritas for less than 5$ each. Their hot sauce is better. Free guac w/ my vegan diet burrito, which is all organic and amazing. The staff at Chipotle are as good if not better than any Starbucks. All for a darn good price too. I always compliment the place and the employees because its all I ever want from a reseraunt and I wish one was closer to my house. Im always happy to eat here. And recently I was given this card and everytime I show it my meal is free. I think they are encouraging me to be a happy customer. They have done well. I was happy before they paid for my meal. Now Im ecstatic. I hope they build one so close to my house I can walk there. =^ )

I had never been to any Chipotle. Food was all around bland and couldnt really find anything to like despite trying several items. Got a margarita here which first off took forever to get. When I finally got it the cup had a hole and it leaked all over the table. Told the staff and they just brought another empty cup. Didnt offer to make a new one since mine had half leaked away or even fix in any way just heres a cup. The everything except what they made while I stood there we had to wait for. Over all service was terrible and food was just blah. Wont go back.

Hard to go wrong with Chipotle in general despite the bad press. We always like going to this location and even with a lot of people the wait isnt too bad. The only real downside is the parking here because its in Center Point Plaza and the parking there is just beyond horrible and probably over half the time you cant find a single space. Everyone knows what is at a Chipotle and so all Ill say is that this location makes things the way they should be made and in a timely fashion. So other than the parking Fiasco its a recommended Chipotle to stop at.

I used to love this chipotle. Now its the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Serving sizes are a joke. Paid over $10 for half a scoop of chewy fatty steak (was not offered to wait for fresh steak). The staff were rude not only to each other but to their customers. Think its time for some training workshops for this establishment. Edited from a 5 star review 6 months ago.

Still working out the kinks at this new location, but the food and smiles are impressive. The burrito I usually get at the Tigard location was simply tastier in Lake Oswego for some reason. I might have waited a little longer but the friendly wait staff was obviously giving their best effort. Neat new design too. A little too cold in the lobby for my tastes though.

The food was tasty and good quality, but the portions were ridiculously small. Wife received 1/2 spoon full of black beans (about 30 beans), and the meat portions were about the size of half a hot-dog. If you are not hungry, great place spot. If you are hungry, pick someplace else. Im eating an apple as I write this.....

Not sure why anyone is having portion problems, at this spot, or anything others. Are you guys aware you can ASK for more? Really not all that difficult... The food is decent, great portions, the staff was friendly and quick. Thats really all Im looking for in a place like Chipotle. So thank you!

Horrible serving sizes. Workers obviously dont care about their job, like one another, or are concerned with making a customer happy. Saw one worker mouth to another co-worker obscenities about my friend. Worst experience Ive ever had at a Chipotle, & for the area you would expect more.

Ive been to a ton of locations in/around Portland as I love Chipotle. Of all the locations Ive been to, this place had the smallest portions Ive ever seen. Their famous massive burrito was no bigger than a taco bell entree. No napkins or forks in my to go order. Very disappointed.

A typical Chipotle with awesome, modern decor. The food here is great and the staff is cheerful and funny. They also good vegetarian options. I love the Sofritas Burrito with the brown rice and guacamole.
