Ordered online and the wait was a longer experience than standing in line and ordering. Heres a tip chipotle; DO NOT OFFER ONLINE ORDERING IF IT TAKES LONGER THAN CARRYOUT. I will never return to this location because that infuriates me. Chipotle, what is the purpose of online ordering if everytime I come to the store my food is not ready and it takes me showing up to the store for your workers to even realize an online order has been placed?? i love chipotle but will not be returning to this location again. Hopefully this isnt a trend for chipotle.

In the last 3 visits my food was not portioned correctly, who puts a barely a half scoop of rice with a full laddle of salsa? When my disproportionate burrito was finally wrapped it was done so horribly. When I got home and started eating everything was falling out! This particular location has been consistently inconsistent. I would appreciate proper portions next time to get my moneys worth.

Took just over 10 mins from the front door to the food prep line. The employees were friendly and working efficiently but it seemed to take far too long from start to end. Ordering food online for pickup would be a better time option. The acoustics are awful! So very noisy, felt like was was almost yelling my food choices over the glass buffer.

Horribly low portions. Rice and beans is all you get. Everything else is sprinkled. DONT HESITATE TO TELL THE WORKER TO ADD SOME MORE. At one point I told them to keep the bowl and walked out without paying. Some of the workers HAVE NO IDEA what they are doing. Cedar Hills is much better compared to this branch.

Super yummy. Can be made as healthy as you want. Works well with weight watchers. Salad does not need dressing if you add pico and salsa. Yummy Yummy. Satisfying and filling.
