I dont eat fast food usually but my hubby does and he introduced me to their yummy crispy tater tots and there Custard Concretes. I had a small Butterfinger Custard Concrete and it was way too delish. It is thick and creamy and had plenty of toppings. It is very rich so a small size was perfect. Also they have really great ice. We usually buy a bag when we go and I get a Route 44 ice water. Its giant and served in a foam cup so stays cold for a long time. Fast friendly service and a fun atmosphere with the drive-in and servers on roller skates. I enjoy it every once in awhile. If you love fast food and sodas/flavored drinks you will probably love their American comfort food and extensive drink and dessert menu.

The food we got tasted great! ...but it wasnt what we ordered. My "salted caramel cookie dough blast" had no cookie dough to be found, had some kind of rice crispy bits instead, and his "vanilla bean" shake was clearly salted caramel (and no, we didnt accidentally swap - no cookie dough in his either, and mine was still salted caramel). It just wouldnt be a Sonic if they didnt mess up your order though. Poor place is understaffed at night, just like every other location, because they emphasize making labour percentages over customer satisfaction :( Edit: changing from 3 to 5 stars to offset the idiot who gave them a 1 for not knowing how many pieces was in a popcorn chicken container. Yall dont deserve that.

We had milkshakes and other food items. Though the selection of milkshake flavors is impressive, the actual milkshakes were about as good as anywhere else. They werent bad, jut not great. Which is especially important since this is what they want to be known for. The food was equally middle of the road. I was surprised to find they dont have a walk up window, or a sign to indicate otherwise. Being the first time going there I was embarrassed. Despite this, I found nothing particularly interesting in their business model that would make me want to choose them over any other fast food chain. With A&W so close, Im not sure how this Sonic stays in business.

Ice cream is good, sweet tea is great! large variety sure but this particular location is absolutely awful as far as service and speed! I mean awful! We have been coming here during the evening about 3 times a week for the last 3 weeks and every single time, I had to repeat my order multiple times to get it right, wait in line in the drive through for over 15-20min and 3 of those times our order was wrong by a long shot even after repeating it. We only come back because its the closest ice cream to our home.

I showed up during a big rush. All outdoor ordering pods were full except on drive up ordering station. I got lucky. Despite the rush they were having, I was able to order immediately after I pressed the button without delay. Service was as quick as expected with how busy they were and I even was given a 25 percent off coupon for having to wait slightly longer than usual. The food and drink were great as always (I ordered a breakfast burrito). 5 stars!

When it comes to fast food, one cant complain about the food being restaurant caliber good. A lot of fast food joints try to make you feel like youre getting that "great food." Sonic doesnt try that. They know what they are and it ends up being exactly what we crave when we want to go to a fast food place. They have more variety of sugary drinks, desserts, burgers, tots, fries, hot dogs and more. Its like Dairy Queen, Popeyes, Burger King all in one.

Tried to give them another chance after messing up my last order. Instead, when I went to order, "Heather" went to welcome me and I tried to order. She informed me in a very condescending tone that it was more important for her to hear me, and raised her voice. I kept trying to communicate with her but instead just left. Its too bad with this heat, I really wanted one of their shakes. Probably wont give them another chance.

The 1st time they brought the food it was wrong but the came quickly. The second time it was a lot longer. They also took the whole order back and not left the right part. When we finally got our order there was no ketchup for the fries, which were cold. No straws for the drinks, and no spoon or straw for the shakes. They also charged us for wrong food that we told them but they ignored. Not a good experience.

Well after wanting to go here for some time we finally went. The food was average and overpriced. The car stalls are very small so if you have a large vehicle DO NOT GO! I lost my side view mirror on the metal post. After 3 weeks of trying to get some compensation out of Sonic and their insurance company we get nothing! Your better off going to Burgerville if you want a good burger and no damage to your vehicle.

Maybe Im spoiled, but the Sonic where I used to work in Virginia opened earlier. I would give 4-5 stars if they could open this location @ 5 a.m. I know that there are many reasons why they might not open earlier, most importantly, I imagine that there is not the workforce to justify the earlier hours. I think I will ask the next time I am here. Does anyone else wish that Sonic was open earlier here?

Heather who was working August 15th 2016 was not very helpful at giving me a rough estimate on how many popcorn chickens were in their medium popcorn chicken. I just needed a rough estimate for my 2 daughters. Our family comes here weekly and will now just go to the Cornelius or the Tigard location. On a side not she did say the medium doesnt contain more than 30 peices which wasnt very helpful.

It takes them between 15-20minutes to serve 1 car in the drive through at times that arent busy. I know this because Ive tried to eat there 4 or 5 times, and have only been able to stomach the wait once. My reward was barely cooked chicken strips, and super soggy tots. Worst Sonic Ive been to when compared to others around the country.

Did you know that you can buy anything they have? Want that coin thing the girls have for change for people who play cash? You can buy it! Like those roller skates? You can buy them! Food is okay, but the best thing is they offer breakfast. The second best thing is you can have any of the drinks customized. Get creative!

Great drink choices from diet / zero calorie stuff to over the top decadence. By far not the best fast food around, but thats not really the focus of this restaurant. The service is decent, sometimes very good, sometimes verging on bad but most of the time its exactly what you would expect of a car hop place.

For some reason the drive thru takes a very long time even if youre the only person in the line. I have to constantly repeat my order and almost half the time its wrong when I get my order. Maybe they need a better microphone. Im not the only one to complain about this.
