Who runs out of chicken at dinner time?!?!?! After I had ordered and waited around 15-20 minutes I was then informed that they had run out of breasts for the 8 piece meal and it would take another 20 minutes to make more. Youd think they would continually monitor when they needed to make more, not wait until they completely run out and kicker is it wasnt that busy. So much for a fast to go meal after a very long day at work. The worst part is they had multiple employees just hanging around goofing off and not doing their job. Think next time Ill drive the half hour to Popeyes itll still be faster than here.

We purchased the 8 meal deal for total of $26.00. The chicken that we received was greasy and must have been sitting somewhere for a long while. The chicken was very very dark color and greasy. I should have taken a picture of the napkin I had wrapped around the piece to see how much grease I got from the piece of chicken. Yuck. Tossed the chicken out and cooked something else for our protein. Did not give it to our dog in fear of she getting sick from the overcooked chicken filled with grease.

If your going to complain about people coming in for food all times of the day, at least do it in private. Or wait til i leave the window before you point at me and start talking. You would think a manager should know common sense stuff like that. The girl at the window was nice and so I let it be at the moment.

Every time I go to this place for pickup, they get my order wrong which is extremely irritating when I go all the way home and find I dont have what I ordered. Second the people there have an attitude problem. Now I know fast food is not the best occupation, but seriously folks, at least get the order right.

Horrible customer service. Apparently it takes a whole hour to make chicken. This is the third time Ive come here at night and they always have an excuse on why they dont have chicken. Mind you theres always at least 40 mins before they close. She said well we dont want to serve it raw. Rude!

Employee was friendly but kitchen was way too dirty...we went at around 9 n it was fhilty...on asking they said they were about to clean....food was good but no importance of to cleanliness. Pictures of food on display is way too big but in actual they are really small

I dont even know if the food is going to be good, but they accommodated my autistic son and turned off the music that was bothering him. Nobody else was in the restaurant. It was just so appreciated that they did this for us with no complaints

Horrible customer service! Just went in there this morning, and the workers took forever to come greet me and take my order. They seemed too preoccupied talking to each other. The place looked super filthy as well! Never ever go to that KFC!
