Terrible customer service! I Came through the drive-thru today and was very polite to the lady taking my order, when I came up to the window I was greeted with just a hand sticking out the window reaching for my debit card. No hello, no greeting at all. I paid, she handed me my food without looking at me or saying anything. I was irritated by her lack of customer service skills so i drove off, when I got back to work I realized I was charged twice and my meal was completely incorrect. The manager I spoke to on the phone (Shanequa) was nice, courteous and apologized and agreed to refund me for both meals and replace the correct meal when I got off work, but when I came back to get my refund and meal the evening manager only wanted to refund me one meal. After telling him about my experience and why I wanted a full refund, he didnt even reply he simply handed me my money and walked away.

I went to the drive thru, gave my order and paid. They asked me to pull forward, and I waited for 15 minutes. They tried to give me a 16 PC chicken order, and I told her that was not my order. The lady came out and asked me what I had ordered! I waited 10 more minutes, then they came out with my order. I asked if it was everything, and the lady said yes, everything is in there, I should have checked. I was missing fries, drove around and went in to get them. I get home and the rest of the order was wrong! I ordered spicy chicken tenders, they gave me plain, no sauces that I had ordered, no receipt, no biscuits, but they did give me mash potatoes, that I did NOT order. $18.45 for this, not sure I will ever go back....

I love this restaurant, but this location has AWFUL management. Ive noticed this on several visits. out of popular, advertised items and encourage you to buy options twice as expensive. theres never a line, but somehow it takes a while for someone to greet you our take someones order. Popeyes to me says fast, awesome chicken, low prices, cheerful people. why does this location seem to always mess something up? forgetting napkins, straws, wraps that have big tips in them. NOT a treat. I guess Im dumb for trying over and over to recreate an experience This Lacey WA location has never given me. I guess Ill drive to Tacoma next time I want my Popeye fix.

Love Popeyes usually however today my daughter and I decided to grab some lunch after her eye appt. We got our order after a longer wait then usual?? I spent over $22.00 for 2 people seems a bit much but ok my daughter asked for another sauce for her strips and was told 32 cents for another sauce Seriously!!!! I get it some people take advantage of extra sauces but would it of really done anything to your bottom line by giving my daughter another ranch sauce for her chicken??? Your food is way overpriced already so I would lighten up before people stop patronizing your restaurants all together. I know we wont be back again!!

We left without eating. The person taking orders said , excuse me while I help fill orders. After waiting ten minutes, we decided to go on home to eat. Menus are hard to decipher, and a constantly changing local favorites display was truncated on both edges so that descriptions were unreadable. While we were waiting ( and were ignored), we observed one of the employees open a door just to the right of the order station, cough while he was out of sight, and then return to serving food WE HAVE NEVER EATEN AT POPEYES, AND NEVER WILL!

my husband works there and they give great service everyone is so nice and helpful,they even come to your table and offer to take your trash for you! so i dont see how someone can say there awful service...and when im there to get my husband from work i see every person who walks into pop eyes get greeted with respect followed by a goodbye thank u for coming to pop eyes well see you again! so..............IN YOUR FACE KID! and the prices r workable... especially the $5 box i get that every time!

Service is pretty quick. Its a decent portion and although the spiciness seems to have been toned down a bit its got a good bit of flavor still. It may just be that down in Louisiana they actually spice it up but after moving away from there I swear its not the same spiciness. Thats the only reason Im not giving it 5 stars.

They had no chicken legs. The onion rings were stale. Their bathroom had no toilet paper. Their pop machine in the restaurant had no carbonation and when asked for pop from behind the counter we got attitude like they couldnt spare the time to help us. Overall Id say dont bother coming to this Popeyes Louisiana kitchen

So I thought the place had great food. Good service... what I didnt appreciate was the drive thru employee writing his phone number on my receipt and putting it in my box of chicken and continuously try to hit on me... completely unprofessional.... yeah, and his name BLUE... who ever the hell that is.

Food is good, the service is usually pretty good, and Id like to give it 5 stars as one of my favorite places to eat chicken, but they keep giving me unsweet tea when I want sweet. Considering its one of the few places around that has sweet tea, I cherish the opportunity to get it.

Went through the drive thru and they forgot my biscuits. They rectified the situation by replacing my meal plus a few extra pieces of chicken. I will definitely be back because they were so helpful the second time around.

Not the end of the world but just ordered a combo meal at the drive thru and got home and was missing the biscuit should of checked when i received my food but make sure you guys are completing orders.

If you want Popeyes and you are coming South on I-5 stop in Tillicum. The drive thru staff was slow, rude and unprofessional. The person who brought out my food later was nice.

We ordered two PoBoy sandwiches which were pretty typical in quality for a Popeyes but unfortunately, we also received two moldy biscuits with our meals.

Popeyes always been better than KFC. The manager here is dope too. Real nice guy. Never had a bad experience here. Drive thru or dine in.
