No, no and Hell no! If you want popcorn chicken as hard as rocks, go here! If you want macaroni to be soupy well you are at the right place. If you want to experience customer service from a third world country, then look no further! If you want to eat food that has been discussed over employees playing with their phones and talking about what football team is better on a Sunday, then go ahead! Thats not even the half!!! After paying for my food, I was not given a receipt. Ok, Im the irresponsible customer for not asking for it... when leaving, I see the guy who had his cell phone in his had preparing the food he is now outside talking to someone in a car with his freakin hands in his pockets and The back door wide open!!!! Ok, so I go home because all I came for is my food... then Im eating rocks and soup! Now I want to talk to a manager! So I call, forget it! It rings then you get a dial up response ... dont tell me its hooked up to a fax machine?! It urged me to call corporate! Great job guys! Ive been to Kandahar,

This was the worst expierence we have ever had at KFC. For starters, we received coleslaw instead of Mac and cheese (confirmed by receipt). Also, we were missing the cookie. When we got home, and opened the food, the biscuits were crammed in with the 8 piece chicken bucket we had, and most of the food was not edible. Out of everything that was ordered, only things that were obviously not sitting out for hours was the zinger sandwich and half the chicken. We ended up throwing all thre food a way and wasting 35 dollars. When I tried contacting the location, the phone number just kept ringing with no answer.

Had lunch here this afternoon, as I walk in I notice one of the employees putting a swifter wipe onto the swifter mop and Im thinking thats weird for a restaurant to be using a swifter mop and not cleaner(something that will sanitize better) but she continued to mop the walls....every wall same swifter wipe. By the first and second wall this wipe was black and brown! But she continued mopping each wall and window seal as well as the menu. Discusting! Wont be back until they can clean better!

We paid $ 26.00 for the smallest 8 pcs. of chicken ever. They had no meat on them and were dry, also biscuits hard as a rock. We came from Chemo. and did not want to cook after being there 5 hrs. and were so excited to get our favorite grilled chicken, so very disappointed . Service was good as usual, just was a bad end to a bad day.

He guy taking my order at the drive through had really bad customer service, the guys making my famous bowls werent wearing gloves, and then they forgot the macaroni... super unimpressed. Not going back for my 4 dollars for the Mac and cheese because I dont want to deal with that guys crappy attitude. Seriously disappointed.

Food is okay. But sometimes they are all out of certain items. Drive through, you should check your orders as they seem to occasionally forget the Apple pies. Inside, the building has not aged well due to the area being structurally unsound, with its close proximity to Blackjack Creek.

I love KFC. But the past few times we have gone in there, its been disappointing. It just doesnt seem like KFC is giving a lot of value for the money anymore. Cold food, small portions and over cooked food. The only reason I can go 3 stars is because they always have a friendly staff.

Went to the drive thru at 9:20, sign said open until 10 as did the website. No one came to take our order even though they could obviously see us , because we saw them. So poor customer service, cant say about the food, but most likely not good with employees like this.

15 min wait at drive thru. Drinks all spilling over the tops. Original chicken thigh wasnt done. 5.00 fill up meals were a good deal but service was poor. To be fair..they could have just had a bad day. OH AND THE RESTRM INSIDE HAD 0 TISSUE and messy.

The quality of their food has gone down. A couple of the people working there seem to give their all but the rest stand around, joke with each other, cuss where customers can hear and watch while their teammates flounder trying to take care of guest.

We were just in the drive through, first of all when we got to the window, they didnt know what order ours was, then when my son got his lemon aide, there were small bugs in the cup. I think the health department needs to pay a visit.

Slooow. Chicken is always 18 minutes away from being ready. If you opt not to wait and choose to get what they do have, it is often luke warm and greasy. 20 minutes in the drive-thru and I still didnt get the kind of chicken I wanted.

Food was terrible. Mashed potatoes and the gravy were both cold. I never received a receipt and i called multiple times and they did not answer their phone. Horrible experience. Eat elsewhere if you want a decent meal.

ALWAYS forgetting sides. My grandfather couldnt wait for his cole slaw. Drove 30 minutes home to find that they didnt give us any. Called to tell them, but their line just gives a busy tone or fax noise.
