I went threw the drive thru no one was infront of me nor behind. I placed my order went to the window and paid... waited about 15mins watching the three bigger girls behind the counter stand around talking then the cashier comes back to tell me the chicken i ordered isnt available. By now there is a full line behind me and then the cashier went from taking money to putting the food in the box .... talk about cross contamination!!!!!no gloves grosss!!! She was just scratching her nose!!! HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TOCHECK OUT THE CAMERAS!

Went threw drive threw got 2 fill ups they forgot both cookies and suace and the girl working drive through voided my order and gave me an altered receipt.. when giving my change she kept a few dollars out on top of the register like she was going to pocket it after I drove off. Ive seen employees still from other fast food places as well by changing the order at the window without your knowledge I didnt get ripped off other then the cookies but she is ripping the business off! Management should find out who this was.

Absolutely horrible. Spent more than 40 minutes trapped in the drive thru line and then was told to wait after the fact. Waited. Devoured food and then ended up throwing up from the bone-in chicken later at night. Absolutely the worst food money can buy. Never going back to any KFC after last time. This locations management and staff doesnt help either. Incompetent is too nice of a term to describe this operation.

This location was remodeled last time we tried to stop by, and it looks nice inside. Stopped by to have a light dinner, no hot wings even though they had poster in window or any hot sauce or buffalo dipping sauce. Young lady behind the counter said they did away with wings and sauces, only w 11th and gateway have those. Mash potatoes were like soup. Forget this store from now on, maybe even KFC!!!

The lady who took our order sounded annoyed when she started talking and was not all that nice at the window..I get everyone has a bad day, but it shouldnt be taken out on the customers! Food tasted like it had been in a warmer all day and the popcorn chicken pieces looked like they were the crumbs from the bottom of a bag. No bueno.. Wont be going back!

Its very difficult to use their speaker system in drive through. There smackers have not changed in size but are about double the cost , now. Id rather get a defiler sized sandwich for a couple of bucks more. The flavors are good, but we also didnt get our sauces or receipt.

They always forget the napkins in the drive thru no matter how many times I remind them. Should not need to remind any one that when eating greasy food in a car, I would love napkins so I dont get grease everywhere! Foods always good and staff freindly though.

We saw a rat outside, and a pregnant 20 year old was charging her phone while her toddler crawled around the dirty floor. Trash. But the food was good. The kids dad took our order, he was polite.

I just literally spent 40 minutes in the drive through. Would have left after first ten minutes if I wasnt blocked in. Then some of the sides were lukewarm. Never again. #KFCProblems
