I was going thru drive thru to order 2 buckets of boneless chicken. I did not understand that it only came in crispy and not original so I was trying to make the choice if I was going to get 1 boneless and the other with bone original and the girl taking the order got really rude with me for I was confused. When i got to the window to order she re asked me again for what I was getting and then told me "oh we only have 7 pieces of chicken so would you like to wait" I asked how long I would be waiting at that time she let me know it would take 7 mins. So after 10 mins of no food and seeing no one I had my so go in and they told him "oh it just came out we will bring it out. 15 min after I ordered and 8 mins longer then I was told I got my food. The girl at that time said "we are sorry for the wait we gave you a little cake for your time" I asked for her mangers name and she told me I go in and talk to him. I did not have time I was on a way to a work dinner and only had a few mins to get food back to my kids and dad. I did call and was told i was talking to the GM. He was rude and condescending to me at some point he even said " oh I am so sorry we took 8 mins of your perishes life I am so sorry someone gave you wrong info." I then told him he was being condescending and he told me he did not even know what condescending was. At that point I was so made I hung up. We go there almost 2 times a month and I can tell you I will not be going back. I could not believe the was I was treated. I am a little worryed that there would be someone working as a GM at KFC and does not know what condescending means. WILL NOT GO BACK!!!

This kfc was very good. I have had not so good experiance before but Nate the store manager made sure that my food was fresh and hot. It was and it was very tasty and moist chicken popcorn along with the potato wedges, my kids loved it. I will be back again. Great cutomer service to and the other manager james was great to, nice customer service on the two of the managers. I recommend them.

This place is terrible. Do not go there. Me and my girl tried and all the associates and cooks were gathered around one of their phones watching a video. We got no service at all so we left. My girl has had many previous experiences like this at KFC. I dont know why we even try to go there anymore. I would give negative stars if I could.

Me and my fiancé came to KFC To get lunch for work and the girl that took our order was rude when we got to the window and got our food we asked for ranch she gave it to us and was like here and walked away i am not happy no smile on her face or anything need better customer service in all

The food is good but they mess up orders quite a bit. Its kind of fun to dine in and watch people go up to the counter asking for food that they didnt get in their order. *Update: Really tired of my order being messed up here. Id recommend avoiding this restaurant all together.

Its KFC so you know how the food is. The only problem is the last time we went to this location is when we got to the window to pay, we saw one of the employees eating food straight out of the fryer baskets. We cancelled the order and drove out to Popeyes.

We could smell the delicious food from two blocks away. The food was good and the workers are very friendly. Only drawback: the smell of the perfume being used to mask the smell of the restroom, fills the whole lobby.

Its a KFC, its average, not amazing. This one does also have an A & W menu which appeals to some. We only used the drive-thru.
