I ordered two 5 dollar fill ups with a diet Pepsi and a Dr. Pepper and asked them to please leave out the biscuits. Got biscuits anyway and when the young dark haired girl handed me the first drink out the drive thru window she said that one is the Pepsi. Then I said oh, it is supposed to be diet and noticed she did not push the lid bubble marked diet. I asked her are you SURE this is a diet Pepsi and she said yes it is diet, I poured it myself. I gave it to my disabled, diabetic passenger. After they drank 1/3 of the "diet Pepsi", I realized the KFC employee had made my Dr. Pepper diet by mistake instead ....as a result, my passengers blood sugar was on the moon all night which was very harmful physically and emotionally; if I hadnt caught it, this error could have landed my disabled passenger in the hospital. Thanks KFC!!!

Unfortunately this KFC continues to baffle. They have staff that is really bad at getting an order together correctly. Case in point WIFE and I order a 3piece combo and a 2 piece combo, please could we have extra honey. Answer, "absolutely" oh! And chicken extra crispy. Difficult order to get together? Results of packaging 1fork, 1honey 2pissed off customers. Chicken the usual greasy chicken no problem!

I dont know if its just the Astoria KFC, or all of them..... chicken doesnt taste the same, discontinued small meals, baked beans, and pies?? Food does not taste good...no flavor. For shame KFC, for shame.

Oh KFC. How we wish your staff can be trained to 1. Continuously clean the tables; and 2. Dispose of dried tired chicken and serve the most freshest batch. The biscuits are the best!

The chicken strip basket is a good deal, yo get 3 strips. Potato wedges, a medium soft drink and a cookie for 5$. Best of all there customer service is ALWAYS ON POINT!!!!
