Worst KFC Ive ever been to. Purchased a grilled 12 piece meal which is about 3 dollars more than a regular 12 piece, which is fine, but the price difference wasnt indicated on the menu and the cashier didnt tell me about the difference when I was ordering. That was forgiveable, but when I got home and laid out the food, the extra biscuits that I ordered werent included and all of the chicken was way overdone. Biggest waste of $36. Dont recommend this location at all.

No utencles in the drive through to go. We had just moved here and have not gotten everything unpacked yet. How do you feed 2 little kids mashed potatoes with no spoon?? Called they said they usually put them in their but they were so busy the last hour.(nobody was in the drive through when I was their) rude girl finally answered the phone after I called 7 times. Cant go back out in the pooring rain with a baby!!! Thanks for wasting 24$

We went thru the drive thru and they asked us to pull up they would have to bring our order out to us cause they didnt have enough chicken strips done.. we waited 15 minutes and my husband went in and our food was sitting there on the counter and they tell my husband sorry we couldnt find you.. yet we were parked exactly where the drive thru girl told us to park.. aggervating now our food is cold

It is hit or miss. I approve in there 12 times since I moved to Aloha and it has been great 6 times and really lousy 6 times. There does not seem to be much Middle Ground. The food is usually really fresh or you can tell its been under the warmer way too long.

I never eat here & my first impression of this place was terrible. Food tasted fresh but this place is super dirty... The tables are either covered in food or extra sticky or both... The lady working yesterday (4-12-17) was very nice, great customer service.

This is the 3rd time my drive thru order was wrong. I asked for drumsticks got thighs. I even asked the server . They said its all drumsticks. Ask for manager and he brushed it off saying it was my fault.

Tonight it seems they can only deal with one person in drive thru at a time. Multiple people there but wouldnt take my order until the next person left and same with the person before them

I feel filthy when I enter this fast food joint. I dont know why, but I just do. Maybe its because of the exterior and interior of the place? Or maybe its because of the location.

Always seem to be out of chicken pot pies. Calling ahead doesnt work since they wont answer the phone. Food is usually pretty good otherwise. Love the lemon cakes.
