Every time I come in something gets screwed up. For example last night at 9:25 pm I come in and make an order, get my food and so on, then when I get home I notice the apple pies and the corn dog nuggets were missing. So as a pissed off customer I try calling them and I was on the phone for 10 minutes listening to it ring, so I finally got irritated and decided hang up and call after work the next day. Same thing happened except I was listening to it ring even longer. I cant even get a hold of a manager to make things right.

Food is pretty good here. The mens room was spotless so my daughter could use the restroom so I raised to three stars. Hot as hell in the lobby area. Theres no excuse just because they have two kitchens. This place needs a remodel with a closed kitchen for A&W and KFC. You get a TINY amount of food for $10 box deal. Popeyes will give you more food for your money and arent afraid to turn up the AC

Hey employees working the sunday shift, you guys messed up my order like times today. I didnt get my hamburger, my parents and siblings didnt get their cookie, and when i got my hamburger which was a BACON CLUB there wasnt any BACON in it. So probably not coming back!!! DO YOUR JOBS RIGHT, thats why youre getting paid.

KFC is one of those places you dont go into and eat inside. I dont know what it is about KFC restaurants. They are more of a drive-thru only places. You know what youre getting into with them, so I cant complain about their food at all, like most places like KFC their food is at least consistent.

been eating here for a couple of yrs. The food quality definitely getting worst. Just got a 20 pieces bucket and every piece of chicken are so damn dry! I can barely eat 2 pieces and feel like throwing upI Not sure what happen to this establishment, but I wont be coming back!

Slow service, even when there are very few customers. Drive-thru can be okay, but dining in takes forever. Pretty much only go for root beer floats now.
