I havent been to this IHOP location before; only the one in Beaverton. My first impression of this place wasnt that great. The person who seated my parents and I seemed kind of off. Later on, I saw him come near our table with the manager and complained that something was leaking from the roof near our ears. Also, during our visit, the place was filled with kids EVERYWHERE. No, there was no birthday party. For some reason there were just so many freaking kids. I couldnt even talk with my parents without having to raise my voice. Its outrageous. I dont want to keep on ranting. But Ill my review of this place with this: just go to the Beaverton location. The employees over at the Beaverton location are a lot nicer and friendly compared to this one.

I asked for a Belgian waffle with blueberries, but they gave me a pancake with strawberries! And when they said that they will be ready in a few minutes, they came back in 30 mins. It turns out that I ate my breakfast at 1:15 PM. And they couldnt change the scrambled eggs to the a strip of bacon because they said that they were a "Corporately-Owned Business" or something like that. Thats very stupid. There is tons more. The food tasted good,but the service is terrible Dear iHop, Bye-Bye Dear Dennys, U R the best

IHop is another place that doesnt vary much throughout locations. They are a dime a dozen, but thats one of the great things about it. You always know what you will get. This location is in a busier area of Hillsboro (near Airport) and one would think itd be pretty busy. Yet the few times Ive been there for breakfast, it wasnt busy and service was quick. The staff is easygoing and quick to help. The prices are on the less expensive side. And their breakfasts are good (not phenomenal, but good).

Wasnt expecting much, esp after having left a "nice" restaurant for lack of choices for kids - reason for brunch appeal - as it appeared to be an afterthought. We stopped here and Wow! Our sever, LeeAnn, was on the ball. Anticipating our needs, observant, and informative. Food was good, but her help and sincere approach made us realize that service can make or brake a place. Thank you for all your help LeeAnn.

I hardly ever go out for breakfast but just recently went here. Its what you would expect from a breakfast type restaurant. Good food and service. Nothing too special. I will say they have a great big selection of menu items so if you want something other than breakfast, theres something for you. They are pretty busy though on weekend mornings. I dont know about other times.

Just went to this Ihop and it sucked. The sever was horrible! It took him 3 times and still didnt take our whole drink order. He completely ignored my husband when he placed his drink order. He didnt ask what I wanted and just went to another table! We had to walk out it was ridiculous!! Not to mention we were there for my Birthday dinner!

Went in to have a nice dinner. Only handful of tables had people (Friday night). Got sat down and served drinks in well enough time but then the waitress forgot about us. Waited over 15 mins to order and she never came back. Wasnt until we were getting up to leave did she come back. Never going back to a place that forgets youre there.

Tonight I got off work and decided to try the local Ihop here. Big mistake. I waited 5 minutes just to have someone come up front and get me seated. I then sat in a booth for 20 minutes before leaving because no server had come over to the table. Slow service, bad customer service, bad restaurant. Sincerely, Never coming back.

The usual good IHOP food was good but they didnt handle a big crowd very well. Long wait just to order drinks and coffee refills barely happened. All the tables with just a few people were given their own coffee pot but the large table had to finally ask for a refill on their coffee and a coffee pot.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The food wasnt as good as another IHOP I go to. I had their buttermilk pancakes and eggs benedict. The pancake was slightly burnt. The eggs benedicts eggs were overdone and not poached. The hollandaise sauce was chunky and not smooth.

Sad stupid excuse for a Cobb salad. I cant have dairy and the whole thing was tossed in a dressing. The "boiled eggs" were actually poached and runny. Too bad I had called in for it and didnt discover all of it until I got home. I will NEVER eat there again.

Called for a pick up order. Person on phone didnt know what she was doing asking what kind of ham when never before was I asked that question. THEN they managed to forget my biscuits and gravy, unacceptable, I was looking forward to those. Never going there again.

(They)HOP on one foot... To get around it seems. Service was slow and the food is underwhelming. Gave the waitress my card to pay and had to remind her ten minutes later that she had taken it which took her by surprise. HOPPERS be ware.

Ive been here a few times before and went recently with my son for breakfast. We were not disappointed. The lady who served us was very nice, the food was excellent, and the price was great too. Will certainly be coming back again!

The service is usually really good here. It does get crowded a lot and this affects the service. I had some really good fried chicken here . Parking is difficult because they share the lot and it isnt very large.

The waitress had too many tables. She couldnt keep up with the work flow. We had to ask for simple things like salt and pepper, and our pancakes didnt come until we were done with the rest of our food

As IHOP restaurants go this one meets the bill just fine. Clean and good service. Parking is a little tight close but plenty with a small walk. Gets pretty busy on the weekends.

I got breakfast to go from here and although it wasnt the best it was good and about average. I got pancakes, eggs hash browns all were good but nothing spectacular. Nice staff.

Everytime we go to this IHOP theyre always slow. Theyre even slow on weekends. Its crazy. Today they messed up one of our orders completely. Not coming back for a while.

Its hit & miss on getting a good meal here. Just depends on the time and day you go and what staff members are working. Customer service also varies from poor to great.
