If you wish for your order to be messed up this is the place to go. It is better then the one on Mission ST. but it is a hit or miss on if they get it right or if you are going to get someone who is respectful. Last week I had a MANAGER talk 100 miles an hour to me and act as if he was extremely busy when there was one car ahead of me. When I got to the window and was about to receive my food he literally shoved it in my face and I almost dropped it. He never said a word to me and I stayed there waiting for him to make eye contact to know that I am done. When he finally saw that I was still sitting there he still said nothing and just looked at me. I asked him am I done and he said yes and went back to doing what he was doing. Such a kind person (not).

It was my first time in this place and I asked for the ultimate with no bacon, but they put bacon on my burger, and when I return it, she said to me have a sit and I going to bring it to you, so she brought my hamburger and I start to heat, but suddenly I discover pieces of bacon in. Im allergy to bacon, I hate bacon, I hate the test, so I went back again and I ask for the manager and this lady just say to me sorry, she asked me to make me a new one, but my question was: when I returned my hamburger with bacon why you you guys dont make me a new one instead than just remove the bacon from my hamburger and leave some pieces on it, she didnt have the capacity to make me happy and I dont want to return to this place never in my life

The service was slow, even when is wasnt busy, they took a long time to prepare my order, again it wasnt busy, they messed up my order, still not busy. I didnt notice until 5 minutes later, they didnt apologize, didnt offer a compensation for the mistake, and they gave me my orginal correct sandwich that had been sitting in the window the whole time, only good point, those were the best 99¢ tacos I have recieved from a Gag in a bag

Pulled up at 6:25 am and left by 6:30 even though there was two cars infront of me. My meal was very well put together and the best part..... crispy bacon! Over all it was better than i expected and ill go back here if i need a quick breakfast.

Was not happy with this jack in the box. I order no mustard on my burger and get so much mayo its dripping everywhere, also I guess they take no mustard as I didnt want my bacon on there either. That did not make me happy

Its jack so the foods good if you like jack.but the service at this one is so slow they got new management some time ago and cut staff and are so slow. They took the fast out of fast-food.

Not one clean table soda spilled all over the floor. Not busy at all somebody should have been out there cleaning the lobby... We were the only ones in there. Gross!!
