Taco was cold, a SLICE of cheese rather than grated, 2/3ds up the Monster Taco shell (which it wasnt) THE oil line on the Taco was 2/3rds UP the SHELL...There MAY have been a teaspoon of meat, ..taco was not even HALF FULL....a MONSTER TACO?????? NOT. I dont have a receipt because the server couldnt find it....my bill was $7..something...I think 7.22..for half the Food i thought i was getting? I hope this Franchise owner is wondering why they sales are NOW..it could be the FOOD........also service was S L O W... I wont be back and have my friends of my frustrating experience. Jack-in-the-Box used to be THE place to get Tacos....

This place always gets my order wrong. The employee shawna is incredibly rude. If you dont have time for customers, maybe you shouldnt be in customer service. After dealing with her during multiple visits, I wont be returning again. I think she might be the manager, so no hope for this place. What a hostile work environment for all the other employees that work there, having to deal with her attitude.

Once again my order is wrong. I am very specific when I order because I cant have any beef products. This includes milk and cheese products. For some reason they cant grasp the concept of NO Cheese. I even told them quite clearly that I wanted Egg, Bacon and Bread. I had her repeat it back to me. Im really not sure how I can be more clear when ordering.

I wouldnt stop here even to take a dump... which, not coincidentally, is the immediate - and inevitably soupy - aftermath of consuming the "food" amalgamated in this sty. In fact, I worked there for all of one day (once upon a time) and witnessed first-hand the establishments frightening lack of hygienic standards. I only wish I was joking.

My wife and I got lunch from this place today. Worst service ever! Did not get given a receipt, my wife specifically asked for NO lettuce or NO tomato and when we got home she found BOTH ON her sandwich. She cant eat that! Shes allergic. They also took forever.

Best service ever in the fast food realm. If homeboy is working, and the new fish sandwich makes me want many more to come. Too bad there are not many Jacks in the box- best tartar sauce btw

Had better cheeseburgers from my next door neighbors bbq then at this chain resturant no doubt cold frys and pooor quality service are just some of the things that this resturant lacks
