Not everyone here takes their job seriously and management is a joke. I worked graveyard and always did my best to improve customer satisfaction and store cleanliness. No training is ever done, no communication given except to say your doing something wrong and I was constantly accused of things I never did. I was fired for not running the store alone at night when a employee was sick and throwing up and no one would come in let alone the "manager" and (Dawna Harrison) answer her phone either. I put 100% into my job and no one backed me, now Im out of a job with bills to pay and child support due. Horrible place.

Horrible customer service, after they told us the shake machine wasnt working, they kept us hostage and imprisoned in the drive thru, and the manager threatened us with cops. We wanted to leave, but we had to wait for a very long time for 3 cars to get food, because they were so slow. The manager didnt even ask the people in front to pull around so we can get out. How can you treat people that way. I will never go there again, and I will make sure, no one that I know will go there.

Terrible breakfast. My mom ordered the new brunch platter. When she received it, the bacon was practically raw. She sent it back and when she received it, 10 minutes later, it was soggy, limp, and not cooked any better. She gave up and threw it away! The people in the next booth, also had problems with their bacon cheese burger. When they girl brought it back to their table, she tossed it to them, very rude like. Never will set foot in there again.

Went through once recieved half of my order and part of some one elses, went through again and got a completly wrong order. The employee wasnt completly responsive. During our first trip he continued to read us out our order while sifting through the bag, while still giving us the wrong items. Probably will never come here again, extremely dissappointed.

Mistreated my little brother. Told him walmart gave him a fake $20 (WHY WOULD WALMART GIVE FAKE MONEY OUT???!!!) He tried to give them another. They did not give him his food but instead called the cops. When we tried to call them back to get our $40 they lied and said police had it. DO NOT GO TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX. THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIVES!!!

Food tastes good enough for me to keep going back, however is usually made and thrown together with the effort youd deem stereotypical. Ive found the employees to make me laugh on occasion. This is always makes up for the fact that i am spending 9 dollars on an egg sandwich.
