Went through the drive through and was told to shut off my vehicle. Now mind you my vehicle is not loud. I didnt think anything of it and did as I was asked to do. Ordered the food for my family and proceeded to the window. Paid for the food and was told to park in front where the striped area was. I did as I was told. Waited for almost 20 minutes. All I ordered was 3 hamburgers 3 French fries 4 tacos and a chocolate cake. I watched 5 vehicles pull through the drive through and leave. A very nice young lady came out with my order and apologized for the wait and told me the fries were hot. They were. I looked in the bags real quick and it seemed like everything was there. When I got home I noticed the cake was missing, the burgers were cold and not even put together the cheese wasnt even on the meat. The tacos were stuffed into one taco bag. I called the store and the young man that answered the phone was extremely rude and frustrated me to no end. Asked me what I expected from a jack in the box. This all happened on 3/12/17 at approximately 10:30 pm. I will never go back

I use to think this place was good, the food is good, fast service. I just left drive-thru and ordered a Jumbo Jack and small fries. They didnt have their screen working so I gave them the benefit of the doubt they took my order right. I get my order and behold my Jumbo Jack for the fourth time going there has cheese on it. I hate it with cheese. Its so drippy. Im complaining to the head Jack in the Box. Ive contacted this Jack in the Box before about my orders being messed up. Its ridiculous. It doesnt matter what time of day it is, they always mess. Do you hate your job that much your not listening to your customers. How do you get Cheese after I have said Jumbo Jack and nothing else after it. Two thumbs down. Thumbs down to the young lady who took my order. The manager on duty was very pleasant and nice so I gave him thumbs up.

Have noticed that Jack in the Box has really cut back on its labor.... The result is often it takes awhile before anyone can take your order if you come inside.. youre better off going through drive thru but risk being stuck in a line there as well. Food if OK, its what you would expect from fast food. Cleanliness is also widely varied depending on how busy they are... Generally the increasing minimum wage has resulted in less employees per shift and slower service, dirtier stores, any dimenishing quality. This particular store also is a favorite corner for panhandlers... Some have apparent mental health issues and I question how safe it is to walk into the store.

I really like Jack in the Box. Great prices and food is usually pretty good. However the Jack in the box in Lacey has been terrible the last 5 times ive been there. Chicken sandwiches are cold and the fries are luke warm. Terrible. I gave it five chances over the course of about 6 months and now im done. I will never be returning to this restaurant again. I cant understand how the hell the manager has not taken issue with this particular store. You can clearly see from the below comments that the place is dirty and the food is cold. I will not be returning because its not my job to test a fry before driving off. Its the restaurants job to get it right.

Every time I come here at night (11-3) the food is terrible! Customer service is fair, but the food is always skimped (burrito smaller than normal, jumbo platter has greasy crumbs for eggs.. a legit puddle of grease in the container if you will. They gave me 9 nuggets instead of 10... ) . Over the top greasy ... every..time.. Im done coming to this jack in the box because they mess up my order at night 9/10 times anyways. #annoyed

Horrible. Went in for a chicken fajita after a late workout, my cashier was the rudest I have ever had and he definitely did not want to be there, which would not have been bad if they had not overcharged for a large when I asked for a small. The cashier proceeded to not make eye contact or say anything as they hand me the bag and wait for me to leave. I have never written a review, but I had to come share this, ridiculous!

Ridiculously bad. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the dirty tables and cleaning supplies left out and about. There were two garbage can liners laying on a table in the dining area. There was a bucket of wipe down sanitizer sitting on the counter. The service was slow. The food was cold. The place is an absolute joke. I highly recommend you do not patronize their clown show. Let it die a quick death.

I'm not happy at all! I ordered a jack with cheese extra onions no pickles with a large curly fry. What I get is a burger no cheese no onions (atleast they got the no pickles right) an a large fry only filled like a medium. Sorry but when a girl hasn't ate all day an she's hungry.... don't deny her het food (even if she don't eat it all dang). Grrr ZERO rating if I could thank you.

It may be because I actually ordered a burger for the first time (I generally only order deep fried sides from fast food joints, hard to go wrong there) but it was upsettingly bad. They seem to be aware of it though, there were three separate signs on the drive-thru window with contact info for the franchise manager in case the food wasnt good. Wish I had taken the hint.

Poorly understaffed the mornings. I decided to go inside vs waiting drive thru because of the line.....I waited a half an hour for one burrito with being first in line....If drive thru is considered priority than Id rather go somewhere where they treat there customers the same inside the store as they do through the drive window

The food is the same at every one, but what sets this one apart of how friendly the employees are. Oh, and the fries are always perfectly crisp and ready to eat. Maybe a little too hot for some, but at least they dont turn into chewy inedible lukewarm greasy cardboard by the time you leave the parking lot.

The service is usually bad. The employees get annoyed if you forgot to ask for something at the menu on the drive thru. Plus they always try to rush me. They seem to be short staffed often. I think it would help if they had at least one more person working the night shift

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being served. I was the only one in the restaurant. Staff saw me and continued their conversation behind the food line for several minutes before coming out to take my order. Food was cold and sloppy.

this place is actually really a good place to eat. the service is great and the food is also. idk what the other reviewers are talking about. ive always had my food is a fast and timely manner. the food was always quality for fast food.
