If I could give it no stars I would. I know that I dont have to come here and blah blah but my son enjoys it and as do I. But let me tell you what, this place is a joke. The little dark man that is a manager or shift leader. Is rude and calls you a liar If they messed up on the order. The last time I was there a manager looking guy with glasses was there and this little dark man couldnt abuse the customers because he was on a short leash. I enjoy the food but its always something thats forgotten or added to your receipt that they didnt give your and that you didnt ask for. Hopefully the Burger King that burnt down gets up on their feet soon so I dont have to see that crew any more

This is the second time in three months that this Burger King has made me very unhappy. First we got no receipt so I cant full out their survey, we pulled up to the window to pay and we where told to pull around. There was no one behind us, I said if someone comes I will. The woman slammed the window, we sat there for five minutes before someone else pulled in. So I pulled around, and we sat there for ten more minutes. When the woman came out she was very pissy and said "here". The fries where cold and gross the sandwiches where cold as well. I cant wait for the other Burger King to reopen.

Wife and I went to eat here Tue & their air conditioning is out & dealing with flies, manager told us he would give us a discount on meal, he put a new worker on reg. And never given us a discount, so this manager lied to us!! I wrote the main department and told them how he lied we dont want to go anymore after him lying to us. We didnt get his name but was a Spanish worker/manager that lied to my wife and I. Very disappointed

Its burger king. Food is just like all other burger kings. Speed at this one is awful. Its quicker to drive to the other albany location and get your food there. This is not-so-fast food which defeats the purpose if fast food. Im sitting in the Drive thru line (after placing my order) and its already been 12 minutes.

I ordered 2 orders of chicken fries, they gave me 3 orders of just fries and they closed at 10:30 which is not their closing time, their closing time was scheduled to close at 12:30. I was very mad because we came back and they didnt pay attention to me.

Not impressed.website said they were open until 10, on the door it said open until 9. Got there at 7:55pm with some hungry basketball players and the door was locked. Took our business elsewhere. Upset team!!!

Nothing fancy. Typical BK. Clean, and manager voluntarily up-sized my fries because of a longer than usual wait. Happy with my experience, but nothing to write home about.

They are closed at 10:30 pm on a Friday night. The only Burger King in Albany currently. The website says open tell midnight.
