When I got there it looked good, but after standing in line I noticed that the guy working on the line needed help, but none of his coworkers really cared. This guy had blond hair and seemed very stressed out, he was the only one preparing the food for the customers. The cashier was in the dining room cleaning, and the guy working on the line kept yelling, "Cashier, cashier... I need you!" She finally came to check a person out and then left again. There were five people in line behind me. There was a few other people working that could have worked together as a team to get the line moving a little faster, but instead just stood around. One guy had his head phones in his ear. There were empty dirty dishes on the back table. It was upsetting to see this store in such bad shape and the crew not working together as a team! I visited this store at 1/22/15 and checked out at 8:23 PM.

Eaten here a hundred times for a convenient post workout meal. Decent food but couldnt ask for slower service. Ive started a timer before to see how long it would take to get a simple burrito and it was nearly 30 minutes. Today I was first in line and it took almost 15. The staff does not anticipate cooking more food until it is already all gone so you will be waiting for them to cook their steak if you want any. Overall I give 1/5 stars for service and 3/5 for food quality. If you eat at this chipotle location be ready to wait a while before you eat.

This was my first time at chipotle... And to be honest, it did not live up to the hype. My wife and I both got steak burritos...but there didnt seem to be much steak in them. Everything wasnt evenly distributed so we basically had vegetarian burritos until we got to the bottom. Unfortunately the little steak that we got wasnt very good, it was more fat than meat... Overall we did not enjoy our first time at chipotle, and probably wont be back. From now on I think well stick to Qdoba... Their burritos are way better...

Was very excited to have a new Chipotle in my neighborhood, but was seriously disappointed in my first visit. Ordered my regular burrito bowl and the food quality and flavor was not what I have come to expect from Chipotle. Food was very bland. Service was poor, staff did not seem like they had been fully trained. They messed up our order and then forgot about it when they were fixing it. Trash was totally overflowing. Many little things added up to one bad experience.

The Town Center location is usually disappointing and today was no exception. The young man behind the counter had no idea what he was doing and the food containers were empty or almost empty. My order was cold and the chips were stale. This Chipotle location never has a manager in sight to make sure everything is running smoothly. I hope to never go there again... they make Taco Bell seem like fine dining in comparison.

Love the peace of mind of non-Gmo an ethically raised meats, Not worried about the E-coli incidents, the are minor in comparison to the number of incidents in fast food chains, taco bell, Jack n the box, BK, McD, etc even dining locales like golden coral and bix stores like Costco have regular recalls on product contamination. Think its big AG and Montasanto campaigns casting shade because of Chipotle non-gmo stance.

U cant take the mall out of mall food. I LUV Chipotle anywhere in Portland, but having it at the Clackamas mall was an underwhelming Chipotle experience, like being on a really depressing assembly line and extremely stingy with the meat portioning. Not fun or satisfying. No means no, not try to push water and throw away cups on me after I said no 3 times. LUV this chain! Do not luv this location.

I ordered a burrito and the chick with the gross lip ring behind the counter squeezed out half of the good stuff because she apparently doesnt know how to roll a burrito. Then just grabbed the squeezed out ingredients with a napkin and threw it away, I didnt realize until I took a bite that she scooped out all the cheese and 9/10 of the meat. Shame chipotle, shame!!!

Theyre generally VERY busy between 11:30-1:00pm which is totally understandable. But sometimes youll run into that worker that doesnt really understand that this is the lunch rush and they should be prompt. Its happened a couple times which is why I mention it. Foods great and the tables and drink stations are usually clean. I come here frequently.

They play weird music. Nice view of the parking lot. Quality is consistently okay, with the exception of chips which always seem to be stale. Its the fastest Chipotle Ive been to even if the line is long. The burritos they roll dont usually fall apart like at other locations, which alone is worth an extra star.

Love this quick fast food chain. I go here regularly when going downtown at PSU. You walk in and they take your order and by the time your at the register it is ready to go for you. They have a great customer service and the place is always clean and music playing in the background.

Friendly staff, great food! We go here more often than anywhere because one of us loves (and can eat) anything--dairy, gluten, whatever. I can eat the burrito bowl because I can leave out the cheese, sour cream, corn, and gluten. Flavor is completely satisfying. I dont miss a thing!

The girl who made my food was rude, unfriendly, and made a burrito 3 inches smaller than the woman in front of me. The next worker I dealt with compared the sizes of burritos and laughed. Im insulted and annoyed and would rather support an independent than pay $6 for a meek burrito.

The food is good, and the service is fast, but the price and portion sizes are just not in line with all of the great local Mexican restaurants and food carts. There are just too many options to eat here as a first choice so we only do it when were in the mall anyway...

This place and location have gone so far downhill.. rude staff, slow and doesnt seem to care about customers or job for that matter. The girl helping didnt even listen to my order..she seemed to care more about her side conversation than the customers in front of her.

Me and my wife usually love eating at Chipotle, but this Chipotle put far too much salt in their food when we visited. This made us not want to finish our food from all the salt. We are now deterred from visiting this Chipotle again, sadly.
