Shift supervisor, whoever she is, is very rude and unfriendly. She assured us our meal was correct and was nice at first, until my whole family got home to eat and it was completely wrong. When we called, we got no apology just attitude because she didnt want to fix the issue, then last second when we wanted to bring it all back for a refund offered us a "free meal" thats we HAD to receive within the week. It would have been very different and they would have a nice review if their "shift sup" was respectful and wanted to set a good example for other employees, do her job, and fix the problem with respect and kindness. We are the customers that bring you business after all! Not to mention the restaurant was DEAD with one other customer. I worked in a popular restaurant before, very similar, and I can assure anyone that NO employee ever had the nerve to give a customer the slightest bit of attitude. Nor have I ever had someone basically say oh well when they completely messed up a food order. Really need to get the employees in check!

I love the fries and the wings here, but unfortunately I have to give this location 2 stars today. As soon as we walked in the lady up front hurried us a long saying that they were closing up early. When my girlfriend and I asked why, she said that some guy in the back just felt like going home early as if thats reason enough. They normally close at 12 and even their sign that says "open until midnight" was on when we walked in. We got there at about 10:40 so we found it very strange that they were closing so early. They even made us get up from where we were sitting so that they could put the chairs up on the table. We had literally just gotten our food and were waiting for our friends who were meeting us there, but apparently they dont have two minutes to spare. To top it all off the wings that we ate today seemed old and didnt have much sauce on them. Ive been coming to this wing stop for a while and for the most part things were great. I dont know if they got new workers or what, but lately its been pretty bad

Out of the ten wings I got 3 of them I had to go out of my way to spit out in the trash, Im not sure why but the meat had a harsh crunch to it, almost like dense tendon. Most of the wings were close to that same composer, I used to frequent the LA wing stop when I lived in cali and I never had an experience as close to as bad as every time Ive walked through the Gresham stores doors. Not only is the place consistently messy more than it is clean, the staff stare and are rude and have terrible service, and I am a waiter - I should know how to treat a customer and it is not the way this restaurant would want itself represented. The fries are horrible soggy and greasy, they have such a gnarly color you dont even want to eat them. Oh and no seasoning of any kind (salt included). The last thing Id have to say is Id never eat a wing that came out of a 2 inch puddle of grease in my tray, so I didnt Get to try the mild sauce, However our dog ate it right up. Grease and all. Wont be going back.

Ive given this place two shots. I went back the second time today hoping for a more solid opinion before raving or writing them off. Sad to say, Im writing them off. The service itself is just fine. Very friendly, courteous staff. The speed at which you receive your order is fair as well. My problems with this place? Cleanliness and the quality of the food. Both times I went, the dining room has been filthy. Little flies hovering all around the soda fountain machines. Nobody was out there trying to clean it up or wipe tables, either. And not a waste basket in sight. Whats up with that? And as far as the food quality, both times Ive gotten the boneless wings, various flavors. And each one, each time, has just seemed off. The chicken is blah, the breading on the chicken in blah, the flavors are blah. Wont be going back a third time. Oh well.

I waited 35 minutes to get my lunch that they said would take 15 minutes. only two customers including myself in the restaurant. Other customer ordered probably 10 or 15 minutes after I did they gave my lunch to this customer they asked if my name was Mike I said no Brice then they realized their mistake I asked for a refund because I did not want to wait another 35 minutes for a meal. I would understand about the wait if they were super busy but like I said there was me and one of the person in the place. What a joke I wont be going back if they had a real manager there maybe he or she would have offered some compensation to make things right on a return visit.

Terrible customer service not from the lady taking the order but the manager or supervisor. When given the wrong food and asking for it to be replaced was told they didnt mess up it was me and that if i wanted the correct wings I would have to buy more! In addition the lady forgot to hand us our drinks but the manager said because its not on the receipt he wouldnt give it to us, I ended up pulling up the deal on my phone to prove it came with drinks on the website. I would not recommend to anyone, not until under new management.

The place was pretty dirty. Not only was that the stickiest floor Ive ever walked on, but the tables had trash sitting around on them and there was no business when we walked in. The place was empty and they never came out to clean up the whole time we were there. They werent very friendly either, in fact they looked pissy. The wings were terrible. They were pretty much just $10 chicken tenders. It tasted like salty batter, not chicken. When we left I was coughing up grease in my throat.

RICHARD IS THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION AND I CAN SINCERELY SAY THAT YOU COULDNT ASK FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! EVERYONE IS GREETED AS THEY WALK IN THROUGH THE DOOR AND THE RESTAURANT IS VERY CLEAN! YOU CAN TELL THE STAFF TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, THE PRICES ARE GREAT, THEY HAVE BEER AND SPORTS ON SEVERAL FLAT SCREENS. IF YOU HAVENT BEEN TO THIS LOCATION I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU COME IN TO SEE FOR YOURSELF. I DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR WINGS!

Stopped in one night about an hour before closing sometime in March of 2015.. Steve, the store manager at the time was very friendly, sociable, and made the whole experience great. I got the impression that he genuinely cares about this location and its customers. Ill definately be returning here because of that. I gotta admit that I like some of the sauces at BWW more, but the service and atmosphere are just so much better here... also.. dem fries.. mmm...

I never thought i would say this, but Id rather have Buffalo Wild Wings. Not that the wings here are bad, but the service was mediocre and since we only wanted to order wings, they dont include sauces. You have pay extra. Though they took a while to get to our table they tasted very fresh and hot. But there are definitely better wing places in Portland than here. But I guess a pinch, and staying in Gresham this place is OK.
