I love chicken wings. Naturally I order here quite often, usually pickup to go using the app on my phone. When I first started eating here the wings were smaller, thus each order was thoroughly cooked and crispy in the outside, but juicy in the inside. Now, the wings are huge! When you bite in it, the outside is barely crispy and the meat inside is too moist for my taste. (Side note: There is no way 2 pieces is about 110+ calories depending on sauces chosen as per nutritional guide provided. ) So, I have consistently ordered my wings well done, and more than once they did not do it. I am already halfway home so I just dealt with it. Two nights ago I decided to eat in, and after reminding the counter person I need my wings well done, it still came up regular. I took it back to the counter and said "This is supposed to be well done". Then apparently instead of cooking it over, they dump the wings that I returned into the fryer which are already sauced, and then sauce it again. It was very salty! I am not going back there. If I am craving wings again, I will consider driving to the Wingstop in Tukwila.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. We ordered 2 flavors of wings to go, mild and garlic parm. The garlic parm are dry and so-so. The mild was not mild. I suspect we got Teriyaki, but its the worst Teriyaki ever. Ordered a large side of coleslaw, its horrendously salty. Who makes salty coleslaw? I love coleslaw of all types and this is the first one I have ever found that I do not like. The only good thing in the order is the carrot and celery sticks. Thank heavens we got something edible. Customer service was great, but because of the food I just cant give it more than 1 star.

I ordered a combo which comes with a dipping sauce. I asked if I could try a second sauce and the cashier said I could but failed to mention that it would cost an extra $0.89 and then (taking my order to go) upon returning to my office found that I didnt even get the extra sauce I paid for. I got boneless wings but crunched into a boneshard on my first bite and the fries were soooo salty. Not sure Ill return to this place for lunch in the future.

Food is good for a quick bite and they had beer and cider there too. I decided to go there because it was the only not so crowded place on a Friday before a T-birds game. It kinda reminds me of a mini buffalo wild wings. The only thing that I didnt like is I couldnt find a garbage can and our cashier was a little slow. We ordered drinks and it took us asking him again after a minute so I could get a cup for the fountain drinks.

Washington generally has some pretty terrible chicken wings, and tonight was my first visit here and these chicken wings were quite good! Service was average, even though they were busy and I did have to ask where the napkins were (they use paper towels) and the menu was a bit confusing at first... Ill be back. They cajun wing sauce was really tasty!

We ordered some 50 cent boneless wings and large fries. We got home and found out no large fries so we came back to get the fries but it took almost an hour and a half just to get large fries. People who arrived after us were already leaving with their wings. They didnt give it to us until we complained. Good food but terrible customer service.

Inconsistent quality of wings served. Sometimes the wings are not quite crispy as fried wings should be, or barely seasoned/sauced. Service is inconsistent also. Just check your order before you leave the store for take out. Twice now, my order is wrong and I am already halfway home. Very frustrating.

Great wings and to die for boneless , fries are excelent! Yes u will wait but call in and u will be happy! Service is good not great but no Problems. Oh by the way I especially love their chicken tenders. They need to offer more FREE Sauce. They are a little cheap on it.

Good tasting food, slightly expensive for what you get. It was overall a pleasant experience until later on. Me and my wife both got sick to our stomachs. I dont really blame them, however its one of those experiences that sours any further enjoyment of their restaurant.

We waited 30 minutes for luke-warm food which, as you can see, was nothing more than reheated chicken tenders coated in different ways. We left without finishing because we simply couldnt do that to our bodies. #WayTooSalty!

Food is great, every time I come here my wings are always fresh and my fries always taste great. Ive gone to Wingstop in Tacoma and in Chicago and this Wingstop is definitely the best Ive been to.
