Terrible service! First the cashier misspelled both my sister and mine name wrong after we took the time to spell it out to him. That was no big deal. We ordered our food to go. Then we waited almost half an hour before we got our food but it wasnt just the wait that was frustrating. The fact that people who ordered way after us got their food before us and I had to go up to the counter and ask about our food. When we got home the bottom of my sisters bag was covered in ranch sauce but the worst part is there container that was supposed to have her wings in it was empty! They didnt even give her her wing! We waited all that time and they didnt give her her food! What were we supposed to do? We couldnt go back and say we didnt get our wings after we left. How could we prove that. They would have just thought we ate them and were lying. So pissed. If I wasnt already upset about waiting forever to get our food then I would have thought to check our bags before we left but still we shouldnt have to do that! We trust that we will get what we paid for. The place wasnt packed and busy so a huge mistake like that is incredibly unacceptable! So pissed!

Went to order a French fry . Card declined. Not understanding why my card declined I insisted that he try it again. I was calm and collected initially until he refused to try it again due to no possibility of the issue being his system. Thats a complete farce he pulled out of his ass. After explaining to him that he doesnt need to have an attitude he explained back that he has the right to refuse my service. To prove thats hes a dick he finally tried my card again. While doing so he swiped the card with force guaranteeing that it was his method of card swiping or the system that caused the card to decline a second time. I checked my bank funds. No problem there. I called my bank and even they said there was nothing wrong and that it must be the system Thats reading my card. So my point with all this. Wingstop on G ST will never get my service again. Awful. Customer Service. Non existent

Wings: 3 Stars The wings at wingstop are decent; I personally like the extra crispy option. Sauce selection is good for a chain. Customer Service: -50 Stars The service at this location is worthless. Every time I walk into the store, not only has there not been someone up front to greet customers, (even if the dining room is completely empty) when I eventually get served its about as far from service with a smile as the earth is from the sun. I could live with the general bad attitudes from the staff if they could at least get orders right. A 20 minute wait time usually stretches to about 40 minutes. Also, charging for ranch is bad enough but rarely does it show up with my order.

The food was alright but the customer service was really strange guy named john didnt do anything wrong but when I ask about what he thought about the wings or what flavors to get he froze up and started stuttering real bad and talking fast,it was just really annoying having to ask him over and over again this isnt rocket science its fast food.

Good wings, classic chain. This particular location is about standard for Wingstop. Expect to wait 15 minutes if you dont order Im advance (and maybe 5 minutes even if you do). Otherwise, the wings are tasty and the place is clean.
