Quality has dropped tremendously in the last few weeks. The first visit was good, had a $5 mini blizzard combo meal that tasted pretty good as far as fast food goes. However I had to pull around to wait for an extended period of time and then they forgot my drink and napkins. The guy was cool enough to volunteer to super size it though. So all was well and I decided to swing back by and try the combo again. Again I had to pull around and wait while two other cars drove by, which I assume was for dilly bars or something. Apparently they made it fresh or so it seems. When they eventually came out, they again forgot my napkins. Oh well big deal right? When I got home and unwrapped my burger I almost broke my tooth on the stale bun. I try not to be picky and just ate it without the buns. So a while passes and I think to myself that maybe it was just because I had gone earlier and there was a shift of slackers or something. So I went once more... Again had to wait out front, no napkins, and then what prompted me to actually write this review was when I opened the razor sharp box and looked at my burger. It looked like it was soaked in grease and then immediately thrown onto the bun. It was disgusting to look at. Both sides laden with grease, pouring out of the patty when you try to pick it up. Even after this I was starving so I tossed the bread and tried to eat my burger without the bread .... to no surprise the lettuce and tomatoes were rancid. I was actually not able to eat the damn thing. And I am no picky eater. Eat here if you want but I wouldnt recommend it.

I have visited this place on more than one occasion because I live close by and I try to like this place but I just cant. Sometimes the ice cream has this really off taste...like they just cleaned the machine and the ice cream tastes like its tainted with cleaner. Sometimes the ice cream is OK, sometimes it tastes like cleaner. Sometimes I go there and their chocolate ice cream is down. Or their vanilla ice cream is down...because they just filled it and it takes an hour to get frozen (or thats what they tell me). They cant put sprinkles on my kids ice cream...thats against policy. Because thats just crazy talk that you have an ENTIRE BUCKET of sprinkles behind you but they dont go on ice cream. We went to a DQ in Bend and we ordered a kiddie cone...cost us $1.20. A kiddie cone here basically costs the same as a small. I forget the exact price they charge for a small (more than $1.20, I think its $2.40) but when I told them about the discrepancy between what they do and the location in Bend they just said "we follow all franchise rules and if another location doesnt then we cant control that". Ok then! The staff is nice, courteous and the few times Ive gone inside Ive had to basically make change for myself and repeat my order 5 times.

Do not come here!! I worked here for a bit and immediately left after realizing that the store owner (they call him Mr. O) doesnt care about the people culture in his restaurant, just the money and his wife who is an employee there. Hes extremely rude and shouldnt even be running this business because he doesnt even know how to make the ice cream or even cook food or even good customer service. He always has his managers deal with all the angry customers because hes too much of a coward to deal with the issues that went on. As far as the employees go, theyre all friendly, however, everyone was either leaving soon or planning to leave because he intimidated everyone and has TERRIBLE management skills. He also had the audacity to physically and verbally harrass me IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS and accused me of "not doing anything" when I was actually explaining and helping a new girl everything I knew. I always had to defend myself from him because he loved to point out the flaws if something wasnt right. Theres a lot more that goes on behind closed doors regarding his management skills that i would speak of, but Id rather not. Im glad I filed a report on him though :)

Was there recently with my family. It was the last day of school so us, and many other families, were there to celebrate our kids last day. The line took forever. It did not seem like they were prepared for the extra customers. The one person working the front counter appeared to be newer. She had problems with an order right before mine and had no idea how to fix it which held up the line for several more minutes. When it was my turn, she had me repeat my order several times as she typed in it in and it was just 3 $5 lunch deals. While I was in line, I saw a customer come back up front twice to ask for different items that were missing from her order. Both time a young man helped her and never even said sorry for the inconvenience. I have been thru the drive-thru several times over the years and have always received pretty good service though. I think I will stick to drive-thru only. One small gripe is that many times I have ordered blizzards and I had to tell them not to put the spoon in the cup before they put the lid on. Because then when you take the lid off, ice cream gets all over the handle of the spoon.

Where should I start, I work here and it is miserable. Nothing works and mr.Oh is too cheap to do anything about it, it doesnt care about anything but keeping clean, he has us clean even when we have a line out the door and nobody is taking orders, hes ridiculous and has no idea how to run a business!! He refuses to invest in new ice cream machines which are never working and which is why we can not hold blizzards upside down. He doesnt care about any of his employees and gets very upset if you quit. This place is highly understaffed and horribly managed. He yells at employees everyday and has to fix something everyday as week because everything here if from the 1800s or something. Customers should not be upset with the employees that work here, they are doing there best for working for someone you cant even understand. hes too cheap, if we accidently drop a lot of cups or sundae dishes on the floor. He reuses them by putting them in sanitizing water, this is ridiculous! Dont work here or eat here, itll take too long and it wont be worth it. Trust me, I work here.

Our last few experiences eating here (drive-thru only) were extremely unsatisfying. Not only did their order window not function, but when we got up to the window it took several minutes for us to receive any service, and when we did it was so they could ask us to repeat our entire order once more. We decided not to be upset and reasoned that perhaps they were understaffed. They were not, but more on that in a bit. We watched as our blizzards were made before our chicken strips, and when we finally (some fifteen minutes later) received our food there was no bag. As we were handed our boxes we asked for a second time if there was gravy in the boxes. We were assured there was and so left and drove to a parking spot to check our order. There was no gravy. We went in to get some and were blatantly ignored by the woman who took our order and two young men who appeared to be working as well. This lasted about ten minutes before we could finally leave with our entire meal, blizzards melted.
