POOOOOOR SERVICE, Its a bad experience I had with the PDX Bawarchi couple of times, They are serving a ULAVACHARU biryanis which I like very much, July 22nd night around 9.35 PM my wife ordered ULAVACHARU chicken65 biryani over the phone and picked up at 9.55 PM, After reaching home with a bit excitement opened the box around 10.15 PM and surprisingly got biryani WITHOUT ULAVACHARU, Next day we called PDX Bawarchi and explained what happened, He asking to get back the biryani to hotel after we saw there is no ULAVACHARU, [They closes at 10 PM and how could I call or return the biryani at 10.15 PM, Thought of return that biryani next day morning but where should I get the biryani at that time?] This doesnt make any sense to me to call them after closing hours to return the biryani. This is not a the first time, I had same experience couple of months ago. This is really really bad customer service.

We have ordered a veg biryani and a paneer biryani. Veg biryani with the vegetables were extremely salty and were pathetic. Also we have asked for Paneer Biryani and requested to make it spicy ..though requesting for couple of times it was made pale in tasty and it was tasting sweet and it was very soggy. I would have given zero stars but as there is no option to do so i am giving 1 star . this is the worst biryani i have ever eaten in USA. Other bawarchi at other location such as Sunnyvale, California or Plano Texas or at New Jersey were real good but this is the worst biryani ever eaten. I would suggest other guys who are looking to eat here should not opt for anything in vegetarian as it is pathetic in nature.

I am always impressed with the lunch box buffet to go. The portions are reasonable and very filling, sometimes they will even load you up with extras because they portion it themselves when you take it to go. Raj is the best too, he is always friendly and informative. The selection rotates daily as far as I can tell, and Id love to dine in for the buffet more often. Ive only had dinner here once but it was wonderful. Hot food, nice variety, flavours on point, pleasant atmosphere. Would eat here every day if I could.

Super slow service!! Only 4 tables was in use. Ordered magic lassi, tomato soup, Masala Dosa, Paneer Butter Masala with Naan. Soup and Lassi came in 10 min. Lassi was not good as it had lot of crunchy sugar. After another 5 min wait we were told no Masala Dosa was available. Order was switched to Plain Dosa. Dosa came after 10 minutes. 10 minutes later we had to remind them. We got the Paneer Butter Masala After another 10 minutes. curry was hot and tasted very good. Naan was soft when hot..

It has been only a few months this place has opened and its already gone downhill. The dine in was never good but the buffet used to be okay, but now even that has become pathetic. Dare not go there for a lunch box, youll end up getting nothing in spite of paying almost the same price of a buffet. Wont give you proper portions of any of the entrees and would fill the box just with plain white rice.

Average place, buffet options were limited but food was good. Customer service should be improved, very sloppy waiters. Upon arrival I was offered a seat but the waiter didt serve me water by himself, neither at the beginning nor at during the lunch. No one asked me how is food or if I need anything else. There were no bowls, had to ask for them.

Small Indian place. I had the buffet. The tandoori chicken wasnt colored red (a good sign), the spices were well crafted (not one note), and the food seemed to be prepared as if it werent a buffet (another good sign). I enjoyed the whole experience, but I wasnt paying so Im not sure what the prices were. Good food overall.

Worst Service ever. Waiters have zero customer management skills. They dont even let customers know if any food from the menu is not available upfront. They will make you wait for more than 30 minutes to let you know that it is not available. Will never recommend for dinner though lunch buffet is decent.

Tasty food, clean place, awesome lunch buffet, authentic indian food, spicy and balanced. Worth mentioning that prices are more than fine compared to the overall market. If you get a chance to stop by, dont miss the opportunity.

Your hours of operation are incorrect online. My family and I showed up @2:45. You claimed to be closing@3pm. Online says 11:30-10pm if you expect to run a successful business correct posted hours are helpful. Thanks

They forgot our order, and this is not the first time they did it. They forgot orders, and after an hour when you ask them, all say is "sorry, seems we forgot your order". Worst service ever !!!

Very good lunch spot. Varied and flavorful buffet with a variety of both vegetarian and meat dishes. Attentive wait staff, especially for a buffet. On top of everything, very reasonably priced.

We went for the $8.99 weekday lunch buffet and we were very impressed. Everything was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed the paneer and the custard. Cant beat the price either!
