It is kind a buffet restaurant. you serve your side dishes. Owner never refilled water and meat wasnt enough than we expected. Pricy place. After my husband (American)checked out, owner called me(Korean) by register. she showed me merchant receipt and said in Korean, "Your husband put too small tip on it. Look, tip is too small. he just put $$. Its Too small". I should changed my tip amount as zero right there but instead walked out. No one mentions about customers tip amount, if you are an owner, lady!
YOU might want to go NAKWON. That place is way better if you are looking for a good Korean foods. NAKWON is famous and well known between Koreans.

This is one of the two best Korean BBQ joints on the west side along with DJK. New Seoul garden waitresses are friendly, forgiving of my ignorance, and great about checking in on you. The meats are well seasoned and you receive nice portions. The banchan side dishes rotate with reasonable frequency and have great flavor. Word to the wise, come hungry and bring a few friends, you will get plenty to eat here and if you go away hungry it probably means you were stuck doing all the table side cooking for your friends. It does get a little hot in there during the summer months but they run fans to cool it down. All in all, a great experience.

Worst Korean restaurant in beaverton. Terrible service!! whenever you ask them to bring something, you have to repeat to them several time and it take least more than 15 minutes to get what you want. eventhough you ask them to bring napkin, it will take forever to get it. i found hair in the side dish, so i told them but they did not apologize to me and just said "OK". i will never go to this restaurant!

Bad and VERY slow service, this is not the Korean BBQ as I know it. I am not even mentioning that the prices are ridiculous and this is not even all you can eat...not sure if this is really Korean, never coming back and will make sure that I share my experience with everyone I know. Too bad there is no 0 stars rating because this place deserves it!

Overpriced for the quality of food and service. Im used to "real" Korean barbecues in Los Angeles. But I guess is the closest thing we can get here in Portland. Im sure there are a couple other possible places, but this was disappointing considering its my favorite type of food

Never had Korean BBQ. This is the place to be introduced! Take a party of 4+ and order one of the combos(comes with amazing soup).the world will never be the same again!

Mainly none English speaking servers. Just enough English to infer this and that add ones then over charge later. Discovering that items didnt come with $65 meal

Pretty good Korean food. The restaurant has had the best layout out of all the places Ive tried in the Portland area so far. Great Tofu Kimchi. 두부김치를 맛있게 먹었음 ^^

...waayyyyy... overpriced. 2 people came to $118. Make sure to count your drinks as weve caught them twice (both times we went) trying to "over charge"..

Prices are a little high but three for three dish wise, seafood pancakes being our favorite probably. Cant wait to come back and do the custom bbq.
