Pros: The food was tasty. I had a bacon cheeseburger that had crispy, salty bacon, savory beef, cool and crisp lettuce (although it looked like salad greens and I had a hard time keeping it on my burger), warm bun and 1 fresh tomato slice. I ate more than I thought I would. The manager, Alicia, was working very hard. I watched her taking orders on headset and front counter, taking orders and mopping the floor in the 15 mins we were there, and was still polite about it. Cheap! It was less than $10 for 2 people. Cons: They did not have A&Ws famous draft root beer! Whats the point in an A&W without it? The cashiers (aside from the manager) were less than helpful. We watched the two teens have a conversation for a long while before they could be bothered to help us. I waited for the girl to greet me, but she just stared at me until she felt awkward about it. The boy finally decided to go clean some spilled soda with a wash rag which the manager Alicia had to go do again anyway with mop. We heard him say, "Its my Friday." Great buddy... Its the calendars Friday too. The working, free jukebox has a sign on it that says, "Please do not touch." At first I just wanted to play some nostalgic songs, but after the sign, I wanted to bump it like Fonzie. The cleanliness of the store was sub par. The manager should delegate her hard work to those kids who have time to lean against the food line and chat. Overall, I will not go back again, knowing there are so many other choices near by that I have had way better experiences at, but I would not discourage my friends from going.

If youre going to go to KFC, go to the one on TV highway because this one is REALLY crappy. We decided to go here because my boyfriend loves A&W, but they totally ripped us off. My chicken was about 1/3 the size of the chicken they give you at the other KFC, and his chicken strips/fries combo was absolutely pathetic. It looked like a kids meal! At least the rootbeer was good.

Horrible service! Drive up window clerk was upset that I didnt order at call box in the drive through. With no one in the drive through, I didnt think ordering a single A&W Root Beer float was such a horrible event. I was wrong! I am glad an A&W opened in my neighborhood in Tualatin. I wont ever drive to the one on Western Ave in Beaverton/Hillsdale again.

Being that this is also a KFC I eat more of the KFC than I do the A&W. I do the drive through most of the time very fast. Only thing that suck with KFC that they do not the Parfaits any more or the Honey Barbecue wings. I eat mostly the grilled Chicken.

This is an A&W and a KFC combined. The food is average, prices are a slightly higher than they should be. The menus is a bit confusing if your not familiar with what they have available. Weve never been inside so I have no opinion of that.
