My kids chose Burgerville as their choice spot to eat one evening before we headed to our Special Olympics tournament. We literally only go here once a year during the airshow. We had no idea what to order and thankfully the manager was very patient with us. I ordered a "Seasoned Turkey Burger" and my son ordered a "Tillamook Burger". They brought the food out immediately. I was shocked it was so fast. They put way too much mayo and sauce on the burger, that is all I could taste. However, that is probably to mask the fact that youre not eating REAL food. My turkey burger, in no way resembled real turkey meat at all. Im pretty positive I just ate a bi-product of turkey junk. My sons burger was NOT a beef patty. It was something made to look like a burger. Why do you peddle fake food with real Tillamook cheese on it? I expected more quality food (aka real food) from this place.

Just moved here and have been told by locals it is good, I disagree. First the price was way to high for what I got ($5.99) for just 1 bacon cheese burger at that price I didnt dare even try the other items. Then getting the burger it was tasteless and very little meat. Sorry to see these local places got the way of the bigger Wendys and McDonalds ect. I will not frequent these places anymore because you get very little for your money. I cant believe these businesss think people will come back after leaving their restaurants hungy? (I went home and had to make a ham sandwich! I am not fat either :) )

Burgerville are a Landmark of the NW and while they might be expensive for this type of food their commitment to local fresh seasonal fare is what puts them over the top for me. I love their fresh fruit shakes, sweet potato fries, and Walla Walla onion rings! If your looking for something better than your typical Burger King/McDlds mass produced crap (albeit at a price premium) then give it a try. Value may be debatable but food/service and atmosphere are all excellent. Give it a try if you are new to the area. And if your not new and havnt at least given them a try?!?! What are you waiting for.

i live in florida and fly to portland just to go to Burgerville USA as they have the best hamburger ever. i also then fly to california for a burger from In N Out, another wonderful fast food hamburger joint. neither are in florida, but, they should be. ild save a fortune on air fair. after eating my weight in Burgerville burgers and then In N Out burgers, i buy new clothes that fit and return to florida, where there are neither of my favorites and lose weight, so that i can return next year and binge. QUACK QUACK GO DUCKS!

Its been years since Ive had a milkshake from here & the only thing I wanted after the hospital today was a milkshake. After receiving the strawberry shake that didnt even resemble the flavor of any berry. I asked if I could just have a plain vanilla, that was the problem! The vanilla flavor of the ice cream that somehow makes the shake drink warm is bound to ruin any flavor shake! No whip or cherry for $4?

Its walla walla onion rings & strawberry shake for me whenever theyre in season. Orders so far have always been on the money and their gift/rewards card works very nicely, too. Compostable utensils, cups, etc make feel not as bad as when going to other ff places. Like their practices and have used the drive thru while riding my bike @ the 12th & Hawthorne location. Gotta try it here next time. Best,

High quality burgers in a prime location for not that much more money than the other nearby burger places. Lots of seating room, staff are quick and attentive (and apologetic if they take more than a minute to get your food out), and you definitely want to go for the seasonal menu items whenever you have a chance. Chocolate hazelnut milkshakes? Walla Walla sweet onion rings? You bet theyre awesome.

This location seems to be hit and miss. I tried the Rosemary Chicken sandwich and all I could taste was mayo. It was very sloppy and not very tasty. I only got a hint of rosemary, which is a shame. I would not eat this item again. The Tillamook Bacon burger is awesome though. The fries as so-so, soggy almost every time I get them.

Disappointing. The prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. Tried the smoked salmon and hazelnut salad. For almost $5, it was mostly a small bowl of lettuce with a few red onions and a spoonful of salmon. There were 2 little tomatoes and I think I found 3 shreds of cheese. Will definitely not be ordering that again.

This was my first time in a burgerville and it was far from great. The guy ringing me up Gary lacked customer service skills, he was disattached and didnt offer any help to me really. Next the quality of the food isnt up to par with the price theyre charging. I wouldnt ever recommend Burgerville to anyone.

Not even happy! I just left this place and my burger was cold, my toppings where all over the place an absolute mess. To top it off they didnt even give me what I ordered. Im starving and had to eat something so I setteled with it but definitely disappointed with the money I spent on such a lame meal.

There is 4 people in the restaurant. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU EVEN WIPED ONE DOWN. JEEZ enough said I will bet not all day its 5 pm now. I ask to have a table wiped down and she said she would get on it as soon as she could. Wow I love burgerville. To bad its so hard to get good help.

A lot of locals seem to like Burgerville, but its never really down it for me. Every time Ive gone, the burgers have been a bit dry and bland for my liking, while also being fairly pricey. Apart from that, the fries are great, and service has always been good.

One of the only fast food restaurants we will dine at. Quality ingredients that are sourced locally and responsibility. Offer a lettuce wrapped option or gluten free for those of us who cant have gluten. Not a 5 star restaurant but above average fast food.

The food is tastes very good. The food comes out looking like the billboard photos for McDonalds burgers (not some squashed gross burger). I do wish the price were less expensive, but I dont want to see a lack of quality if that were to happen.

The manager here cant see the forest from the trees. I waited 15 minutes in the drive through for one cheese burger. Not only was no discount offered but the staff didnt even apologize. This store used to be about customer service.
